Alex is taking me out tonight, I don't know where, he wont tell me but he told me to dress smart, so I'm wearing my blue lace dress with brown heels, brown back, blue earrings and my hair slightly curled. I'm really excited, yet nervous at the same time. I'm just glad that my parents went away for the weekend. I skipped downstairs, slipped my shoes on and put my lip gloss and mascara in my bag. I did a last minute check in the full length mirror and I was happy with how I looked. I walked into the kitchen and made sure it was all tidy, and as if on que, there was a knock at the door. I opened it and Alex was there, with a single red rose in his hand. I smiled at how sweet the gesture was
"A rose for you" He said, handing it to me. I took it.
"Let me go put this in some water" I said, I ran in and put it in a vase then came back out. Alex took my hand and lead me to the car. He opened my door for me, then went and got in the drivers seat.
"So, you ready for the best night of your life?" He asked.
"I'm a bit nervous, but yeah, I guess" I replied. He leaned over and kissed me. I don't know what it was, but every time he kissed me, I suddenly went light headed and couldn't think straight.
"Lauren? Are you alright? You look a little pale" He asked me.
"Uh, oh uh yeah, I forgot to breath" I blurted out.
"You forgot... to breath?" He asked, slowly.
"Uh yeah" I blushed. He just laughed and we drove off to an unknown destination.

After 20 minutes of driving, Alex pulled a blindfold out of his glove box and handed it to me.
"Put this on" He instructed. I did as he said and sat quietly for the next 10 minutes until I felt the car stop. He opened my door and helped me out.
"Can I take it off now?" I asked.
"Yeah" He replied. I took it off and we were in the middle of nowhere.
"Alex, where are we?" I asked him. I heard a violin begin playing.
"Turn around" He replied I couldn't see where he was standing. I turned around and there he was, stood outside of what looked like a little log cabin. I looked around but couldn't see where the music was coming from.
"Alex, where are we?" I asked.
"At my Grandfathers log cabin, he's letting me borrow it for the night, now would you like to come in?" He asked. I nodded and he took my hand and led me inside. When we got in, I could see the stereo where the music was coming from and right in the middle, was a little table, with a table cloth on. Alex pulled my chair out for me, and then left the room. I sat down and 10 minutes later, he came back with mushroom ravioli.
"Alex this is, this is perfect I can't believe you did all this" I said.
"I'd do anything for you" He smiled.
"Thank you" I said.
"Anyway, there's something I wanted to talk to you about" He said. I looked up at him.
"Go ahead" I said.
"Well, as you already know, I'm 17 and you're 15, I just wanted to know if well, you're comfortable with that" He said.
"Alex, of course I am, you're the one I want to be with. No one else, just you" I smiled at him. He smiled back.
"Lauren" He said.
"Yeah?" I smiled.
"I love you" He said. I froze and thought for a moment, did I love him back? I don't know. Grr.
"I love you too" I whispered, and as soon as I said it, I believed it. I did love him. He smiled and we finished eating in silence. When we were finished, he cleared the plates and sat back at the table.
"So, are you enjoying it?" He asked.
"Yeah, this had been perfect Alex thank you so much" I replied.
"You know, it's not over yet" He smiled. I gave him a puzzled look and he guided me upstairs and into a room with a king sized bed and candles all around the room. I froze.
"I understand if you're not, well ready yet, but I thought even if you're not then we could just stay the night or-" I cut him off and walked over to him.
"I know this is only our first date, and it could be seen as going to quick but Alex I think I'm ready" I whispered. He smiled and leaned in, the kiss heated up and soon enough we were both on the bed naked, Alex used a condom of course.

I woke up the next morning and I was sore all over. Then, the memories from last night flooded back. I smiled seeing Alex next to me, I kissed him while he was still asleep and he woke and smiled at me.
"Morning babe" He smiled. I smiled back, we got dressed and decided to go out for breakfast, we went to the diner down the road from my house and both ordered French toast.
"You know, I was thinking" Alex started.
"Yeah?" I said.
"And well, a while ago, Jack tried to kiss you, didn't he?" Alex asked.
"Uh yeah"
"Well, what if he still has feelings for you, I mean if he does, how's he going to react when we tell him about us?" He asked, I completely froze. I did not want to fall out with Jack again, but we had to tell him, it's only fair.
