I love how you said this new chapter was shorter. XD This was still actually longer compared to ones I've seen, LMAO. But that's a good thing, I guess. Or you just do better than other writers. XD
Hmm... a little weird that he was so worried about her leaving. XD This kind of has me wondering even more.... hmmm....
I mean, it was sweet in a way, showing that he's not necessarily just using her since he wanted her to stay, but just, weird since they're moving into the relationship so quickly.
And she feels guilty, as she should, but her thoughts are showing true colors that she's not taking into consideration: she loves Jack, but why doesn't she have that passion with him? Why is she more reserved/a goody-goody with him, and not with Alex? It's kind of looking obvious, but she's just failing to realize it. It's being discovered in a shitty way, but the truth is being discovered, so I can appreciate the subtly in getting the character to realize that without quite having her realize it just yet.
... I hope I didn't just ruin anything with my analyzation. XD
As you said in the notes, I've definitely noticed your more-literary side with this story. :P It's more descriptive, and not as play-by-play, not as direct. Although I am a bit disappointed you skipped out on the steaminess. Like, a monumental moment for her and I feel like I've missed something by it being skipped over. XD But, I think with your other story, you said writing it felt awkward for you? If I'm remembering correctly, so maybe it's still that way, which I completely get. Or maybe you had a purpose with not putting the intense scene in yet. XD Idk.
But great job with the update, regardless. Definitely brought a few surprises. Still enjoyed it, though. :)

I don't know how I should feel rn, cause when where I read a ff I always replace the main characters name with my own and read it as if it's me so I'm very conflicted because I was like holy fuck I just cheated of jack but I slept with Alex omg what do I do XD

Yeah, I just felt like it was too much of a coincidence. But then again, I also couldn't find a good name with a good nickname that wasn't too generic or too exotic. So, why not just add a name so goes by instead? Simple solution xD
Oh wow. some personal details there ;) I don't know any of those people or anybody else associated with them, so I think I will stray away from any other references. I don't want to incorporate anything I don't know about, you know?
I wasn't planning on writing chapters longer than like 1000-1500 words, but so far they've all be way longer except the first one xD. I just can't do the concise thing!

YES. So I know all (well not recently but like when they were in the official JoBros days). I still know all the lyrics to their songs and they hold a very special place in my heart. Still follow them on socials, but Dani happened before they broke up/took their break as a group, soooo that's why I was able to immediately reference her. XD If you need any other names to ironically reference, hit me up, or maybe just let me know if you want to try to avoid any others (I would avoid the names Denise, Paul, and Frank/Frankie Jonas XD, or you can go ahead with the irony XD).

Great job with all the updates! OH MY GOSH, so much is already happening. I love it! :D And girl, you say these will be shorter updates, but then I love how you post, like, three long chapters in a row. XD It's a miracle I was able to catch up already. XD
Paisley is being a little rebel, isn't she. Just going against all her morals... all from one kiss. I gotta admit, Alex was coming on a little strong a little soon... although, maybe, considering his career and what Paisley wants to do, he was able to research her before she came for the job? That makes him sound even creepier though. XD But like, maybe that's how he had that automatic fascination already going? Or maybe it was just lust at first sight as portrayed... hmmm... just trying to think about what's possibly going through his head. Maybe it's all just a game to him? Idk.

I started on the PTV one :D My stories were horrible, though. I cringe so much.

I update pretty frequently, especially compared to many other writers (at least I think). Sometimes I'll update twice a week, sometimes one once every two weeks. It really depends on motivation and time. I don't force myself to write anything, because the quality decreases drastically. However, not with this new story I started and have updated three days after each other, my other stories have been a bit neglected xD It might take another week before the others are updated. We are the rebellious youth is the one I do update most frequently from the others, though.

First time I'm trying a story like this. Well, actually... I do have a secret story I once started, never continued, and never put up that is an AU story... so... I have like three chapters of experience.

I honestly didn't know that she was called that! I mean, my description of her is very different. Should I change the name so I don't throw people off? I can still do so now with only two chapters being up/written.

I am definitely excited to see where this is going to go. It always throws me off reading AU stories - but in a good way. I can’t wait to see where this is going to go.

I also chuckled at her name being Danielle Jonas. I can confirmed Kevin’s wife does go by Dani. I will admit those silly Jo Bros have a special place in my heart.

Honestly, I know nothing about the Jonas brothers. Nothing. I needed a last name and it was a simple generic name that came up. Now, that's a complete coincidence. Part of me's like, change the name so you don't get that problem, but another part of me thinks it's hilarious. I quickly needed a name, and this happened xD
First time I am going to make characters that aren't based on the guys we know.... well except for their smashing good looks ;)

This seems intriguing. And... first true AU? At least from what I've read of yours. Some of your stories have had different aspects, obviously, but this is the first I'm seeing the band not being a thing in something you've written. So I'm interested in seeing where you take this.
