For me anxiety and panic attacks run in my blood so I can't do much, and since I don't like taking medication I chew some gum when I am having an attack. I am getting help soon so I'll try out counseling to find other techniques to calm down during one. Normally I'll get them around school because of all the people around me I guess since I do struggle with social anxiety. It's gonna be harder this year since I just moved away from all my friends and they normally calmed me down.

I used to be terrified of airplanes, but after traveling a bit, I got used to it and yeah I get freaked out when it takes off and lands but it does get easier, and England isn't really that special, its just, I don't know boring, there isn't much to do really and I don't suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, but I know it can be hard, as I've helped a few friends with it in the past c:

I'd love to visit England, I dunno I just would like to visit. Issue is I have a bad fear of airplanes, so its hard to get my butt on one. I'll start panicing even just being in an airport, I deal with anxiety and panic attacks. Yeah not fun.

Wow, here in England there'd never anything decent on the radio, so I always have my ipod on me, I really wish I lived in America though!

I live in NC and crazy enough I've heard decent music here on the radio surprisingly, better music than where I lived before. I've heard Fall Out Boy on the radio, thats more than enough for me.

I know how you feel, I've made a few friends on here, twitter and tumblr just by posting stuff about atl, there isnt any hustlers that I've met near me :( but yeah, they are just some of the most awesome and understanding people ever

Some of my best friends I've met over this site and over instagram from just having a Jalex fan account are some of the most understanding people you could ever meet. We've all gone through some sort of hardship and we can tell each other and trust each other. I talk to them daily, one actually lived only 20min away from me and went to another school in the district. But since I moved, I gotta hope some other Hustlers are where I'm at.
