I moved into my apartment a few weeks ago and my neighbors are helping me move things around, it was a big apartment for just one girl and her dog. It had two bedrooms when I only need one but I guess Baltimore can have his own room. Baltimore is my Pitt-bull puppy; he's mostly black with some white on him. Sadly people try to avoid him but he's the sweetest fucking dog ever. My name is Ryan Marie Rosen, yeah I know what you're thinking “her name is Ryan were her parents on drugs” to answer that yes they were, well my mom was, my dad didn't know about me until my mom got taken to jail for drug possession. I was twelve when that happened and she isn't out of jail yet thankfully but my dad, my dad is my hero he is literally the best man I have ever met and I'm not just saying that because he's my dad. I was unexpected for him, he is the drum technician for the band Korn, social services called him while Korn was about to go on stage and he told then that he just found out he had a daughter and he had to go pick her up. He dropped everything that day and came and picked my sorry ass up, he treated me like I had lived with him my whole life and with me being twelve I had adjusted to my mom doing drugs and letting her friends beat me, I always flinched away from him until one day he pulled me into a hug and assured me that he would never hit me or allow one of his friends or anyone to hit me. So growing up I was always around bands like Korn, Slipknot, Metallica bands like them I’m twenty-three now, and no I'm not totally decked out in piercings and tattoos. I have Spider Bites on the left side on my bottom lip, my right nostril has a hoop in it, and my ears are pierced but not stretched. I do have a few tattoos, I have wings that cover my back, I have a rose on my left hand, I have a music staff with notes on it starting on my right bicep and going down to my elbow it goes all of the way around my arm, I have the word Believe on the inside if my right wrist and the word Survivor on my inner left wrist. I have Survivor because I survived trying to kill myself, I still cut every once in a while when I’m really having a tough time but I haven’t attempted suicide in a while, I have believe because I believed in myself to quit cutting and be happy. My hair is colored; it's black with bright teal and red highlights through it. My hair is short in an A-line cut which means it’s longer in the front and short and layered in the back. I love it. I do have another friend besides Baltimore, it's my best friend Mackenzie Renee Morgan, she has one piercing and one tattoo she has a Monroe piercing on her top lip, and a tattoo of Jack Skellington and Sally on her back, it says 'Simply Meant To Be.' the special thing about her is her hair was green, not bright lime or turquoise green it was grass green and it comes down to her waist, it is wavy and it looks good on her. She also has a back cat named Nightmare, he is all black and his eyes were an orangey yellow color, he is sweet and gets along with Baltimore. Mackenzie lives with her boyfriend Jack Lowe, he is definitely a cutie. My neighbors were still over as they helped me move my living room around, I grew up around heavy bands so I wasn't weirded out when I didn't know who my neighbors were since they are both in bands that I've never listened too. They are Kellin Quinn and Vic Fuentes, they live right next door with their daughter, yes they are a gay couple but their daughter is Kellin's blood, he had her before he realized he was gay, her name is Copeland and she's fucking adorable. Kellin and Vic are married and they are so cute together.
"Thank you guys so much." I said pulling the blue Popsicle out of my mouth as Kellin picked up Copeland. "It's really no problem dear. Come get us when you need us." Vic said I smiled and hugged my two favorite gay men and they left. My cell started ringing.
"Hello?" I answered "Hello my darling." Mackenzie said

"What's up my wife?" I asked "Do you want to go out to the bar tonight?" She asked
"How about I come pick you up and we can drink at my new apartment that you've never been in." I said "Can I bring Nightmare? Jack is with his brother." She asked
"Yes." I said
"Well fix your makeup and hurry up." She said
"Alright." I said
I hung up and walked into my bathroom, I looked at my face; my piercing green eyes looked trashed because my black eyeliner was smeared. I fixed that and now they popped out more from the contrast of the black to the green. I fixed my hooker red lipstick and found my car keys.
"Baltimore let’s go." I said
He came trotting over and I picked him up, he was only three months old. I got him as a puppy in April. My dad wanted to give him to me as a twenty- fourth birthday present but he couldn't wait until July. I grabbed his leash and hooked it to his red collar, I set him on the ground and we walked out of the apartment. I locked the door and pulled my phone out of my pocket and looked down at it as I walked, with me not paying attention to where I was going I bumped into someone making me fall and drop the leash and my phone.
"Holy shit I'm sorry." A guy said
I got up and picked my phone up but I couldn't find the leash.
"It's alright, it's my fault." I said
He laughed.
"Baltimore come!" I called out
He came trotting around the corner and the man picked up the leash.
"Adorable dog." He said
"Thank you." I smiled
"I love Pitts." He said petting Baltimore.
"They're so cute and good dogs." I said
"I'm Alex Gaskarth." He said
"Ryan Rosen." I said
"Ryan?" He asked
"Yep." I smiled
"Well Ryan, I'll see you around." He said
"I guess." I said
He smiled and walked off; I walked to the elevator and went to the first floor. When I got there I picked up Baltimore and walked him out to my Toyota Camry. I had to carry him through the lobby because the people are weird about Pitt-bulls. I drove off to Mackenzie's house and she was sitting on the front porch with her cat in her arms, she saw me pull up and she got up and came over to my car and got in.
"God what took so long?" She asked
"I ran into someone on the hallway and fell down." I said
"Is there ever going to be a day where you aren't clumsy?" She asked
"Hell no." I said
She laughed and I drove us to my house
"So what chick did you run into?" She asked
"He is a boy. His name was Alex." I said
"Was he cute?" She asked
"Beyond." I said
She laughed.
"When's the next time your dad is taking us to visit Korn?" She asked
"Maybe next week, that have a meeting thing." I said
"Your dad is seriously awesome." She said
"He's a good guy." I said
She nodded and I pulled into the parking garage of the apartment complex.
"This is a big complex." She said
"There's a lot of apartments inside." I said
"How's yours?" She asked
"It's spacious. Good for get togethers." I said
"Good neighbors?" She asked as we were walking the garage.
"The couple to the right of me are sweet I don't know about the ones to the left." She said
"Are they married?" She asked
"With a daughter." I said
"Cute. Can I meet them?" She asked
"Maybe." I said
She laughed; we got into the elevator with our animals and rode the slow moving contraption up to floor thirty.
"So far up." She said
"I love it. You should see the view from the window." I said
"Can't wait." She said
When the elevator dinged telling is we were on the thirtieth floor we exited and I walked her to my apartment, I unlocked the door and let Baltimore go in and we followed him. She set Nightmare down and he scampered away.
"What do you have to drink in this bitch?" She asked
"Jack, Captain, Coke. As of right now, I'm not stocked up." I said
"Captain it is." She said
I nodded and the there was a beating on the door, she jumped and I walked over and opened it. It was Copeland, Kellin's daughter.
"Well, well, well. Did you escape from your daddies again?" I asked crouching to her level
She nodded and lifted her arms up, I picked her up and she laughed.
"That's a baby." Mackenzie
"This is the couple’s daughter." I said
"Well she's cute. Let’s go take her home. I want to meet." She said
I nodded and we walked out shutting the door and walking ten steps to the right, I knocked on the door and Vic's face appeared
"I found this." I said bouncing Cope.
"Well look who escaped from daddy." Vic said
I handed Copeland to Vic and Mackenzie tapped my shoulder.
"Vic this is my bestie Mackenzie. You will probably see a lot of her." I said
"Hi Mackenzie I'm Vic." He said
"Nice to meet you." She said
"Would you two like to come in for a little?" He asked
"Sure!" Mackenzie said
We walked into the apartment and Kellin was crawling on his hands and knees.
"Gosh this baby knows how to hide." He mumbled
"Kellin, babe. I have her." Vic said
"How'd you find her?" He asked
"She came to my apartment." I smiled
"Well hello again Ryan. Lovely too see you." Kellin smiled giving me a hug
"This is my bestie Mackenzie. I figured I'd introduce her to you since you might see a lot of her." I said
"Well I'm Kellin." He said
"Nice to meet you." She smiled
She looked shocked but she had a loving smile on her face
"Can I tell you your hair is freaking amazing?" Kellin said
"Thank you. I don't like needles so it’s pretty edgy for me." She said
"So you have one piercing?" He asked
"One in my lip and one in each ear." She said
"Tattoos?" Vic asked
"One." She said
"Getting more?" Vic asked
"No." She said violently shaking her head
"I don't have any either." Vic smiled
"Ryan's got a few." Mackenzie said
"Yes ma'am I do." I smiled
Mackenzie stared at me, her dark brown eyes staring into my green ones.
"Well she would probably go back to my place; we just opened a bottle of Captain." I said
Vic and Kellin smiled.
"We'll see you." Kellin said
Mackenzie and I walked out of their house and ten steps back to mine.
"You didn't say that they were gay." She said after the door was closed.
"You didn't ask." I smiled
"Well they are fucking adorable." She said
"Right." I said
I took a swig of Captain Morgan’s spiced rum and felt the burning go down to my belly. I passed her the bottle and she took a big drink.
"It burns so right." She said
I laughed and we just kept drinking and then my phone rang, I was a little drunk but I pulled my cell out of my pocket. The name read -daddy- I answered
"Hi daddy." I said
"Hey sweetie. Are you drinking?" He asked
"Maybe." I said
"Don't get too smashed. I'm going to need your help tomorrow, and Mackenzie's. I can hear her." He said
"With what?" I asked
"There is this big concert tomorrow, twenty bands in one day. Some technicians called in sick for it and it’s up to us. You and Mack know how to do it and I will be milling around." He said
"I'm in. Can Baltimore come?" I asked
"Yes but Nightmare can't." He said
"We'll meet you at Starbucks tomorrow." I said
"Five thirty am sharp." He said
"Why so early?" I asked
"I'll explain later." He said
"Okay. I love you daddy." I said
"I love you too baby doll." He said
I hung up and beamed over at Mackenzie, I explained what we were doing and she drank half the bottle of rum. We drank some more and I set like ten alarms and we passed out.

New one, this is exciting for me. My original copy of this got corrupted so my dad is working on that. I had a few chapters saved into my email.
