Dear Zack,
I wasn't looking forward to writing this one, because I knew it'd be hard.
I just want to say thank you for looking out for me. Whenever someone started on me at school, you'd be there to save me. You stopped the bullies, I could never repay you for that. Unlike everyone else, I never met your parents, as you live on your own. I never asked why, but I always wanted to know.
I loved staying round yours on a school night, we'd have hot chocolate and marshmallows then go to sleep. We were always a little closer than anyone else in the group, I'll admit, I had a crush on you at one point, but that soon passed, we're better off as friends. We'd cuddle and share a bed at any sleepover, all the guys thought it was wierd, but for us it was normal.
I remember coming home in tears because the bullies got me one day (you were ill that day) but as soon as I got in, there you were, in my basement bedroom, you had it all set up ready for a movie night and I was happy again. We watched movies all weekend and all the guys came round on Sunday to join us. I was across yours and Jacks lap with Rian and Alex either side of us. It was one of the best days of my life. You always knew how to make me happy, Zack.
I always loved looking at your photoraphy work, and I loved learning how to take pictures of landscapes with you. I also loved it when you helped me with my school work. I was always behind everyone else, but you helped me, and because of you, my grades went back up.
Your family, wherever they are, are proud of you Zack, just like anyone else would be.I hope your life is happy, and never give up on anything. Don't let this get you down, alright? You're the best bassist ever, You're an amazing friend.
