Night Drives

Jacks POV

When me and Alex got to his there was a ambulance on the driveway.
I looked at Alex confused on what was happening.
"Ethan has epilepsy and sometimes his seizures are really bad and no medication we have can stop them so we have have call the ambulance so he can go to the hospital so they can give him the medication he needs to stop the seizures." Alex explained and his mum came running out.
"I can't get hold of your sister, I need you and Jack to look after the ones which are here for me. Can you do that for me? It's not going to be too much?" His mum said quickly.
"Calm down okay. Me and Jack can manage and I'll try and get hold of Alaska. You just be there for Ethan." Alex said calmly and his mum nodded.
"Just make sure he comes home." Alex said and his mum nodded and she went back towards the ambulance and got inside and it was gone.
"So I'm guessing Asher is out, Aurora and Luna are also out somewhere in town which Fred will probably be out as well so it's just the little ones." Alex said and looked at me.
"Okay." I said and Alex smiled and we went inside.

A girl came over and she must of been 5 and Alex picked her up and kissed her cheek.
"Where's Ethan gone?" She asked and looked at me.
"Who's that?" She asked and pointed at me and Alex turned round and smiled.
"Ethan has gone to the hospital because of his epilepsy. This is my friend Jack, he's going to be helping me look after the rest of you." Alex said and the girl smiled shyly.
"You know Jacks name, you going to tell Jack your name?" Alex said quietly.
"Lily." Lily said shyly and hid her face in Alex's neck.
"That's a pretty name." I said and Alex looked at me and smiled which I returned.
A boy came out and walked over to Alex and hugged his leg.
"Is Ethan going to be okay?" The boy asked and looked up at Alex bent down and picked the boy up balancing the two kids on his hips.
"I don't know is Ethan is going to be okay. But mum is going to be looking out for him and she's going to make sure he's going to come home." Alex said and the boy rested his head on Alex's shoulder.
"How about me and Jack get some food and you tell Kit, Aaron and Lily to go to the family room and we all watch films and then when dad comes home we all order pizza, but we don't tell mum." Alex said and the boy and Lily smiled and nodded.
"Go and round them up." Alex said and put them down and they went running off to get the others.
"Who's the boy?" I asked and Alex smiled.
"That's Willam. He's a sweetie good at giving hugs and a good hot water bottle when he climbs into bed." Alex said and I chuckled.

Me and Alex was in the kitchen making and getting food for our afternoon of films.
"The last time a ambulance was here was when I tried to killed myself." Alex said quietly.
"You don't have to think about it. It clearly upsets you." I said and put my hand on top of Alex's which made him smile.
"Hard not to when you was the last on in the ambulance and was almost dead. I put my family through a lot and they don't need this with Ethan." Alex whispered.
"These things was sent to try us." I said quietly and Alex looked at me and he had some tears rolling down his cheeks.
I moved my hand and wiped the tears away.
"I mean it when I say your to pretty to cry." I said seriously and Alex chuckled and looked down as he sniffed.
"Your too kind for your own good." Alex said quietly.
"I'm only like this to the people I like and have feeling towards them." I said and Alex looked at me.
"I like you Lex." I said quietly.
Alex looked down and rolled his sleeves down but I stopped him.
"I don't care about the scars. I don't care about what you have wrong with you. I can see past that and I see a attractive guy who I'd happily fuck." I said and Alex blushed and looked down.
"You can't talk like that, not with young ears around." Alex said quietly.
"Just speaking the truth." I whispered in Alex's ear.
Alex looked at me and a boy came out.
"You coming Alex?" He asked.
"Yeah Kit, give me and Jack 2 minutes." Alex said and Kit went off.
Alex looked at me and smiled and grabbed some food and walked off and I did the same while checking Alex's ass out.

It was late and the younger Ines was in bed asleep and Asher had texted Alex say he was at a party and Freddie just came in and just went to his room and Aurora and Luna was in their room binge watching Supernatural.
Me and Alex was sat in the porch on the rocking seat smoking a joint each.
Alex was cuddled into my side and he seemed pretty zoned out.
A car pulled up and Alex mum got out of the car and Alex's dad walked over and pulled her into a hug as she cried.
"Both of them was at my bed side, I could hear mum crying and dad was trying to tell her I was going to be okay." Alex said quietly and I looked at him.
Alex's dad kissed Alex's mum and he got into the car and his mum walked up to the house and she stopped and looked at us with a smile.
"Is Ethan okay?" Alex asked and moved away from me a little.
"He's under observation and monitoring him for the night and then the doctors are going to review his medication in the morning and see what they can do for him." Alex's mum said.
"Everyone is home part from Asher who's at a party." Alex said and his mum nodded.
"Just don't get to high and wear protection." Alex's mum said and she walked inside.
Alex rolled his eyes and cuddled back into my side as I rocked the chair a little.

It was late and me and Alex was in his room where we was lead in his bed cuddling and watching films.
"What was it like in hospital?" I asked and Alex looked up at me since he was using my chest as a pillow.
"Scary at first. I mean you had all these people who was unstable and the shouting at night scared me the most. Therapy was shit and pointless. I made a few friends but they all got out before me." Alex said.
"I missed home. I missed the madness in the mornings before everyone goes to school. I missed all the little things that everyone brings to this house." Alex said quietly.
I started to mess with his hair which made Alex chuckle softly.
Alex's phone went off and he sat up and got it and looked at it.
"Too high and comfy to move." Alex said and he lead back down his head on my chest again.
I couldn't help but chuckle.
Alex got comfy and I noticed he was falling asleep.
"Lex move your head." I whispered.
"No your too comfy." Alex mumbled but he moved so his head was on his pillow and I got comfy and fell asleep as well.
