How did we end up here??
Flashforward
*Amys POV*
*Six months later*
Tour had come and gone. Zack was with me the entire time and I loved it. He always stood on the side of stage and watched us perform. Every time I looked over at him he had a huge smile on his face and looked so proud. It was amazing having someone around who was that supportive of me.
After the tour I went back to Arizona and he had to go back to Maryland. I hadn't seen him in almost three months and it sucked more than I could ever explain. We talked on the phone everyday and tried to facetime as much as possible. He was preparing for another tour and we were working on our second album.
But what was really bothering me, was that our one year anniversary was coming up. It was only about a week away and I wasn't going to get to see him. He was going to be in London and I would still be in Arizona, making this album.
"AMY! Earth to Amy!!" Cameron shouted at me waving his hand in front of my face. I must have zoned out.
"Yeah, yeah whats going on." I turned and offered my "Sorry but not sorry" smile.
"We were writing a song." Rick laughed while staring at me.
"We have 13 songs already, why do we even need this one? We like everything we've written. It's fine where it is." They shrugged, they knew I was right. Ryan looked at me and sighed.
"Okay, we were going to tell you later. As in we were just going to take you and have you find out that way." I must have looked as confused as I felt because he just started reaching into his bag. He pulled out an airplane ticket. I gasped so loud.
"You did not!!" I shouted grabbing the tickets from his hand. It was a ticket to London. It was for the day before our anniversary and the return ticket was for a few days later. I had never been in the UK. My first time going was going to be with Zack, for our anniversary. I was in complete shock. "Does he know you bought there?"
"Nope. His band does though. It was a surprise for both of you. We planned the whole thing. We knew you were really upset that you couldn't be with him. And we also know you miss him like crazy, you almost never shut up about him." I laughed and realized how right they were.
"So keep your big mouth shut and don't tell him. It's still a surprise for him." I'm terrible at keeping secrets. I was shocked the whole world wasn't aware of Zack and I being together yet. I know we had posted pictures together but no one had straight up asked me about it yet. It was really shocking to me.
"Okay, I will. Promise. Thank you guys so much, you have no idea how much this means to me." I hugged them all in a giant group hug and we went back to recording.
