The Doctor And His Companion(Jalex)

Chapter 1

Hello, I am The Doctor, just The Doctor, and it will always stay that way. I’m a Time Lord, 910 years old. I have an old blue box that likes to get sassy with me all the time, so it may not take you where you want to go, but she will certainly take you where you need to go.
And what I mean by that, is I am a time traveler. Defender of the universe, and my favorite little planet called Earth. Humans interest me more then any other life form in space and time. Most of my companions are humans actually. Of course it’s not very hard to come by a human who wants to travel time in space, but it is hard to come by a human that deserves it sometimes.
I like it when my companion asks questions, gets involved. When they have bursts of clever moments.
Of course I’m from the planet Gallifrey, and I am the last Time Lord in existence. There once was a war. A war that raged on, and produced so much negative energy. The Time War. Daleks and Time Lords went into battle, basically turning genocidal. So I had to stop it.
I stopped the Time War and became the last Time Lord left.
No one knows my name. It’s better that way, more safe. I picked the name ‘Doctor’ myself.
I pulled a few levers in the Tardis, and pushed some buttons. I was heading to Earth, 2012.
The Tardis was my blue box. Of course it was the biggest ship in the world- on the inside. A normal person would find it to be a police box.
Tardis stands for Time And Relative Dimension In Space. My simple blue box could do anything you wanted. Take you wherever you want to go.
My looks at the moment were an average height boy, long blonde hair that fit my face perfectly, and I had a sense of fashion with T-shirts and skinny jeans. That’s new. I had really big eyebrows, and a lightish brown color for eyes. I had large hands, and even a tattoo. I regenerated a tattoo? That’s really new. It was a flower on my hand, a rose to be specific. The Tardis made a noise that sounded like gears running together, and I was off to the planet Earth.
The doors of my ship opened immediately. A tall lanky boy ran in, closing the doors behind him, leaning against them. He had his eyes closed, and was breathing heavily.
“How the? How did you do that?” I jogged over to him. No one could open those doors. My ship was invincible. His eyes shot open, and he looked at me like I was crazy. Then to the interior. “What the hell?!” He yelled. “Who are you? Why is a phone booth bigger on the inside? What the fuck is going on!?” I put my hands behind my back. “I don’t exactly know. I would like to know how you got past those doors so easily. I’e had this ship for a long time. and it has never done that. What did you do?”
He raised his eyebrows, and made a weird face. “What the hell are you talking about? Ship? Where the fuck am I? What the hell is going on out there!” He pointed to the doors.
“What do you mean? Who’s out there. Listen to me- what’s your name?”
“Jack.”
“Alright Jack. Listen to me. I’ve seen many things, things you would have never believed if I just told you. So describe to me. What is out there?” He looked me up and down, then at the ship again. He finally relaxed, and stepped off the doors. “T-they look like metal men. They put these weird pieces in people, and control them. I’ve never seen anything like it.”
I pulled out my sonic screwdriver out of my pocket, walking out the door. “Cybermen. Listen Jack, if you think you can’t handle this, stay here. If you want to help, stay here.” I scanned the air, putting on the scanning setting. “I don’t need anyone else getting hurt in my care.”
He walked out of the Tardis, standing beside me. “I’m a big boy now. I’m not in your care. I’m in my own care.” He bit his lip, and I stayed silent for a few seconds.
My sonic made an odd noise, and I started walking off. “Very well then. Come on. We need to find their spaceship, or wherever they’re taking them.” I stared off into the distance, and something caught my eye. “Bingo.” Humans with blue ear pieces walked in a straight line, most likely towards the destination I needed to be.
“Jack, look over there.” He followed my gaze.
“It’s the people that are being controlled.” I nodded my head. “Yes. Where do you think they’re heading?”
The human boy thought for a second, then perked up. “The only thing remotely big enough for the transformation of all those people is the warehouse down that street. I know a shortcut! I’m a pizza delivery boy, so I know allot of shortcuts.” He was biting his lip nervously, and I pinched his cheeks.
“Jack you’re brilliant! Lets go, c’mon!” I started walking up the street. “Uhm. Dude, I don’t know your name.” I turned around, walking towards him again. “The Doctor, now we really don;t have time to waste.” Jack started to walk along with me. “Doctor what?”
“Just the Doctor.” He looked at me funny. “Your parents named you the Doctor?”
I stopped, looking at him bewildered. “Are you nuts? I just chose this name. The Doctor on a birth certificate, how silly!” I pointed my sonic in the direction of the warehouse, and it showed me there are massive amounts of energy in that direction.
“What is that thing anyway?” We continued walking, my pace becoming faster.
“A sonic screwdriver.” He stopped, making me stop as well. “You’re going to save the world with a screwdriver?” Her thought I was crazy of course. Everyone does.
“Yep. I’ve saved this planet many times. Just with this Screwdriver.”
He started walking again. “Doctor, you are mad. Completely mad. You talk of Earth as if you’re not from here. Though you look like a normal human.”
“I’m not.” I mumbled, scanning everything around. The energy wasn’t coming from the warehouse itself though. It was as if, the energy was behind it. And it hid itself very often, coming in large handfuls at a time.
“An invisible teleport. If we walk behind that Warehouse, we will be on the ship. The energy coming from it comes in massive handfuls, but vanishes once the people and cybermen have passed through it. How clever.” I mumbled again. “Doctor, that’s impossible.”
I snapped my head towards him, a large smile on my face. “Jack, you havn’t seen impossible yet.”
He shrugged. I’m seeing robots starting to take over the world, kidnapping humans, and turning them into robots as well. That sounds impossible to me.”
I rolled my eyes. “Humans. Sometimes you are just so thick. Jack this universe is big. Of course there is allot more creatures then just humans.”
“You arn’t human are you?” He questioned.
“No. But we don’t have time for this. We have got to go, and save this planet before anyone else gets killed. Listen Jack. What has been done to these people, can’t be undone. They’re dead. The Cybermen take their brain, and place it in the metal suit, taking away any emotions or memories they could have had. I can save the ones with ear pieces, but whatever was turned into a Cybermen...” My voice trailed off, and he looked down at the ground while walking.
“I understand. Lets save as many people as we can though.”
A girly shriek came from around the corner, just where the warehouse was. I started running towards it, scanning the area. A cyberman was cornering a young girl. “You will be upgraded.” It repeated over and over.
I sprung into action, setting my screwdriver into a disabling mode. I put it to the back of the metal mans head, shutting it down. “Run!” I yelled to the girl. “It only works for a moment.” Jack came up behind me, with an object in his hand. “What is that? “ I questioned.
“I-i don’t know. A young girl just...appeared in front of me, telling me to smack the Cybermen on the back of the head to disable them.
“Hand it here.” He held it out, and I scanned it. “Jack. Anything is possible, please, on’t let a teleporting woman scare you.” I laughed, handing him the disabler. “It’s allot more effective then my screwdriver. Just hit the back of the head with the red button. Go on, give it a shot.” I moved out of his way to reveal the dormant Cyberman in front of me.
He smacked the back of the head with it, and it fell to the ground, but began to speak. But it wasn’t the cyberman speaking. “He-hello? Why is it so cold? Help me! It cried out in the robotic voice. “I am so sorry...” I whispered. “About what? Why is it so cold?” Jack looked horrified, and I was raging with anger. “What is your name?”
“Ally. Am I going to die? So cold..” I clenched my teeth. “Yes Ally. There is nothing I can do. Your death will not be for nothing.” And with that I turned off her brain.
“S-she was still?”
“I know.” I snarled, getting up. “Jack were going on a quick trip.” I stomped behind the warehouse, walking into the invisable teleport with Jack. In front of us was a large interior of a ship. Cyberman everywhere. “Hello boys!” I snarled. The robots looked up quickly. “You must be upgraded!” I stepped forward, holding out my hand. “And before you do that I just want to let you know this. My brain won;t be any use to you, because I am not human. And what you are doing is against the LAW!” My voice was loud and confident.
“Earth is a level five planet. And you know what that means. I am the Doctor. And this planet is DEFENDED.” A robot started walking towards me, and I ran to the teleport.
“To the Tardis Jack!” I yelled once we were back on Earth. He almost fell over, but ran with me. “You will feel a bit dizzy at first going through a teleport like that twice in a little amount of time.” I told him. The human looked sick, and I felt a little bit of guilt hit me.
We made it to the Tardis, and I hit a few more buttons. The ship went crazy, and I gripped onto the side for support. “This is normal!” I yelled over the engines as he grabbed for a pole.
The Tardis came to a stop, and I looked through a couple of things. “Ah-hah!” I pulle dout a few pieces of scrap metal. wires, and other electronics. “Jack, what I’m about to do is really risky. Once I set this off, we have 5 seconds to leave. So stay in the Tardis at ALL times while I go out there.” I held the small device in my hand, that would blow up any ship.
“I’ll be right back Jack.”
I walked out the doors. “Ah, BOYS! I have a surprise for you!” I sneered. “Leave Earth, Or I blow this ship up!” I held out the device.
“Doctor, we do not fear death. We do not fear. Become upgraded, and you will not need any emotions.” I chuckled. “Cybermen. I hate you almost as much as Daleks. I hit the button, throwing the device on the ship. “Goodbye boys!” I ran into the Tardis, the ship exploding just as I closed the doors.
Of course my shields prevented any damage, and we were just flying through space now.
“Now Jack. You just helped me save the world.’ I turned to him. “How about I take you somewhere...Awesome.” I smirked. His still trailed over the Tardis interior, as if he could not believe what was in front of him. “Time or Space?” He gave me another funny look.
“Huh?”
“You heard me, Time or Space? Where would you like to go?” He let out a loud sigh. “You gotta be kidding me. Time travel is real to?” I laughed.
“Time it is. Future or Past?” He rubbed his head. “Future. Make it awesome.” Jack smiled, looking up at me.
“Make it impossible.”
I chuckled at that. “With your thinking? That won’t be to hard.” I hit a few buttons, and pulled a few levers. A few thousand years into Earths future would do.
The Tardis shook, and he grabbed for the pole again, until she stilled once again. And yes. My Tardis does have a mind, and can think like a human. When I tell people that, they think I’m nuts. “Go on Jack. Year 5012. 3 thousand years into your future.”
He stepped out the doors, and looked back at me. “No way...”
I laughed, dragging him out the door with me. “Come along. This place is a very nice place to Travel to. But wait. Before we go.” I turned to him, pulling out a Tardis key.
“Would you like to travel with me Jack? I can show you so many impossible things.” I gave him a charming smile.
“If there is cooler stuff then this, totally.” He looked out at the flying cars, tall metal buildings, and different life forms walking around along with humans. “Brilliant then! C’mon, you have to try the food here. It really is fantastic.”

Notes

This is just an experiment to see how it goes. I love Sci-fi and All Time Low, so I want to give this a shot.
