This Year I've Had Enough

I Never Believed In You

Jack and Alex pulled up to Alex's house. The first thing Alex noticed was that the house hadn't changed much, and the blood stains on the concrete had been scubbed off. The second thing he notices was his parents cars were in the driveway.
"Well this should be fun." Alex murmmers as he gets out of Jack's car. Jack walks next to Alex as they aproch the front door. Alex's parents didn't show up to release Alex, and seeing as how everyone in town was intimidated by his parents, the staff let him out anyway.
Alex opened the front door and walked into his onec welcoming home, only to be greated with a high amount of tension and an uneasy feeling in the pit of his stomach. Jack was quietly trailing behhind the elder, also feeling unsetled in the home. They both walked into the family room, greated by the sight of Alex's parents on the couch watching t.v.
"Your stuff is packed upstairs, i don't care where you go as long as it's not here." Alex's father didn't even bat and eyelash in Alex's direction and he disowned him from the only family he had. Alex just runed slowly and started walking towards the stairs, feeling silent tears stream down his face, and Jack's hand slipping into his as they walked to Alex's room.
Alex grabbed then handel and opened the door, trying not to look down the hall towards the bathroom. He thought about how it's funny that eventually all the bad memories outweigh the good ones, as he entered his bare bedroom. Alex's father was true to his word, three boxes and two suitcasses of Alex's personal belongings were sitting ontop of Alex's old bed.
"I'll take the boxes if you want to take the suitcases?" Jack asked, Alex just nodding and walking towards the bags. "I can't believe they did this." Jack mummbled as he grabbed the boxes.
Alex scoffed, "Well i sure as shit can," he said as he started walking out of the cold, empty room. They walked down the hall, desending the stairs, past the laughter coming from the family room, and out the door, in silence. It was only when they had stuffed all the boxes and bags in the back seat that the silence was broken.
"You're staing at my house until we graduate, i don't care what my parents or your parents say, you're never going back there. Ever." Jack's grip on the stearing wheel became hulk like, his knuckles turning white, as he spoke. Alex reached over? Grabbing one of his hads off the wheel and lacing their fingers together as they drove in silence
