Dancing with the wolves

Alex's POV

"I've missed this." I said quietly as Jack traced his fingers from the bottom of my neck to the base of my back.
"So have I. Its actually nice to have sex and not worry about being disturbed by kids." Jack said.
I just hummed out of contentment.
Me and Jack was both just nodding off when the doorbell went.
"Seriously?" Jack muttered and sighed loudly.
I just sighed loudly and dragged myself out of bed and put some pants on.
"Your not going down like that." Jack said seriously.
I looked at him.
"Why not?" I asked him.
Jack pulled me onto the bed and held me close to him.
"Because nobody is allowed to see what is mine." He said and nipped my neck.
"Fine, if I put my shorts on am I allowed to answer the door." I said and put my shorts on.
"Yes you can." Jack said and got out of bed and did the same as me.
"Why thank you." I said and went downstairs and answered the door.
"Aid, Will what you doing here?" I asked.
"We need your help." Will said and looked at Aid who had lost loads of weight since me and Jack last saw her.
"Come in." I said and pretty much dragged them not inside.

"Who is it Lex?" Jack asked as he walked downstairs.
"Aid and Will." I said as I walked to the kitchen with Will and Aid following.
Jack went off somewhere.
"What's going on?" I asked and looked at Will and Aid.
"I need help dad." Aid said and started to cry.
I walked over to her and pulled her into a huge hug as she broken down in my arms.
"Its okay sweetie, me, Pa and Will are here to help you." I said and kissed the side of her head.
"Can we stay here for a while?" Will asked.
"That including kids?" I asked.
"If its not too much to ask." Will said.
"Course not. You kids are more than welcomed to come back if things get to much." I said and looked at Will.
"I'm going to get the kids and get some stuff and then I'll be back." Will said and walked over to Aid and pulled her into a hug and kissed the top of her head.
I heard Aid mumble i love you to Will which Will returned and with that he went off.

"Sweetie what's been going on?" I asked and got hold of her hand and took her to the sitting room where Jack was.
Aidan went over to him and cuddled into his side as I sat beside her and rubbing her leg out of comfort as she carried on crying on Jacks shoulder which made him look at me.
"Aidan talk to us." Jack said and pushed her back gently and looked at her while wiping away her tears.
"I feel so useless." She sobbed.
"Why sweetie?" I asked.
"Everything is so fucked up." She whispered.
"What has been happening? Talk Aidan." Jack said.
"I feel like I'm losing everything." She said and looked down.
"Why do you say that?" I asked.
"Will doesn't want to be near me. I don't blame him because who would want be with someone who can't keep a baby." She said and got up and ran her hand through her hair and I could see the new cuts and scars on her arm.
I got up and got hold of her hand and took her upstairs to mine and Jacks room and shut the door behind me.

"How long have you been self harming Aid?" I asked seriously.
"What?" She asked completely thrown from my question.
"How long have you been hurting yourself?" I asked.
Aidan moved her hand and covered her arm.
I moved and remover her hand from her arm.
"You don't have to hide them from me." I said quietly and looked at her.
"I feel so ashamed and stupid." She sniffed and looked at me.
"Why?" I asked and guided her to the bed and sat her down.
"Because I do, I dunno dad. I'm worried that the kids might get picked on because of it because other people won't understand and say I'm a bad mum but I'm not dad. Those kids are my life and so if Will." She said and started to cry again.
I pulled her into my side and held her close to me.
"Your not a bad mum Aid, and if anyone says different then their just blind." I said and Aidan sniffed.
"They call me a freak because of my tattoos and piercings and scars I have." She sniffed and moved away and looked down.
"Your different and people don't like different. Anyway the kids love yours and Wills tattoos. They say that your and Will are the coolest parents out of everyone else." I said and Aidan smiled.
"I have another tattoo, for Alfie." Aid said quietly.
"Let's look." I said and Aidan moved her hair and behind her ear was another heart like the one for the one she got rid of when she was 15.
"Its beautiful Aid." I said and kissed it.
"Feel like I should have a bit of him with me." She whispered.
"He'll always be with you Aid. He'll always be in your heart and that is the main thing." I said and thought about Sky.
"Don't be breaking down on me." Aidan sniffed and chuckled.
"I won't don't worry. I'm worried about you." I said.
"Sweetie when was the last time you ate something?" I asked.
"2 days ago." She whispered.
"Me and you are going to help each other get better." I said and Aidan looked at me.
"I'm going backwards, so we can both do this together." I said and Aidan smiled and nodded.
"You sure you don't mind me and Will and the kids staying for a while?" Aidan asked.
"Not at all. I can keep an eye on you better that way." I said and Aidan nodded.
"I'm going downstairs, do you want some space up here for a while." I said.
"Yes please, I just need to clear my head a little." She said and I got up and kissed the top of her head.
"I'm just downstairs if you need me." I said.
"I know." Aid said and lead down on the bed and got lost in her thoughts.

I went downstairs and Jack looked at me worry over his face.
"She okay?" He asked.
"Yeah, her head is just all over the place. She just needs her family and space at the moment." I said and made myself a drink.
Jack came over and wrapped his arms round me.
"You need to start eating mister otherwise, they'll be on your case." Jack said.
"I will, me and Aid are going to help each other get through this." I said.
"Good, I'm going to make the most of the quiet and watch what I want to watch before it turns into TV wars." Jack said and let me go and walked off.
I went over and jumped on him also making the most of the TV.
