This Ride Is A Wild One

After moments of pacing around the room, there was finally a knock at the door.
“Only come in you’ve got some information for me” with that, the door slowly opened.
“Your plan worked”
“I knew it would” she grinned. Holly thought back on how clever she had been. Whilst rummaging around Jack and Amy’s place, she decided to bug the place.
“They’re heading to LA for a few months”
“Perfect. Do you have my disguise ready?”
“Of course, it’s all ready to go” Holly walked over to the man, looking at him with her flirtatious eyes. She gently placed her hand on his cheek and pulled him in for a kiss.
“This is why you’re my favourite, Daniel” she parted from him.
“Now go, we need to sort out flights immediately” with that he took off down the hall.
Daniel was Holly’s favourite, always had been. He has been loyal to her from the start, right after her breakup with Jack. Daniel had developed feelings for the woman over time. Seeing how broken she was, he just wanted to care for her, fix all of her broken pieces and help her forget the past. But no. That wasn’t good enough for his boss. She wanted Jack and Jack only. Daniel had concluded that it was because of Jack’s fame and money. Something which Daniel had neither of. It broke him seeing her so fixated on this one goal, which was probably going to end up with her in a mental institute. He couldn’t allow that, which is why he stuck by her side. He couldn’t let the woman he loved be carted away in a straight jacket. He had to try his best to keep her sane, if that meant helping her capture Jack, then so be it.
Holly’s plan was simple. She would make Jack fall in love with her once more. All she had to do was get Amy out of the picture. If that meant killing her, then that was fine by her. Amy didn’t deserve Jack’s love. What makes her so special? Why would he date someone so plain and boring? Why not spice things up again instead of having plain Jane? What even drove him to propose to her? He must feel sorry for her. That’s it! He must feel so sorry for her that he’s pretending to love her. Once he marries her, he’ll simply tell her that he no longer loves her, but will keep providing for her. He’ll obviously stay married to not ruin his image.
All of these thoughts rushed around Holly’s head daily. Each day she came up with a new reason as to why Jack had taken a liking to Amy. The thought of them together made Holly sick. She had to end it. It would be for the best.
“Holly, your flight has been booked and accommodation has been arranged for the next few months” came Daniel’s voice from the other side of the door.
“Oh good, have Gary pack my case for me. He knows where all my stuff is”
“Oh and Daniel?”
“Yes?”
“Have the boys drive up to LA with the tools. Won’t want to leave them behind” she wickedly smirked to herself.
“If Amy thought the first time we captured her was bad, just wait until the next time we meet. She’ll be begging for me to take Jack and leave her alone” Holly grinned staring at the diamond ring sitting on her ring finger.
