This Ride Is A Wild One

“We’re going for a drive today” Jack stated as he walked into the living room, grabbing his car keys from the table “No explanation as to why you were being an ass last night?” Amy crossed her arms, raising her eyebrows at him “Nope. Let’s just go” he opened the front door. Amy was dumbfounded. Why the hell was he acting like this? “I’m not going anywhere unless you tell me where we’re going” “Amy for fucks sake, let’s just go. it’s a surprise okay” he motioned his arm outside the door. Amy eyed him curiously as she stepped past him, walking to the car.

An hour and 30 minutes later, they were still driving. Amy sat in the passenger seat, head leaning on the window “How far is this place?” she eyed Jack. His hands gripped the steering wheel almost too tightly “You seem tense” “What? No, I’m fine!” he snapped “This place is quite a while away by the way” he continued staring ahead at the road “Where exactly are we going?” Amy questioned him “I’ve already told you its a surprise. Stop fucking asking me” Amy sat up straight staring at him “Okay Jack, what the fuck is wrong with you? Last night you wouldn’t speak to me over something that wasn’t my fault, and today you’re being an ass” Jack didn’t react to her, just kept driving “Giving me the silent treatment then? Fine, two can play at that game. I don’t care where we’re going. As soon as we get there, I’m getting a cab back home because I don’t wanna spend the day with an asshole” she turned away to look out the window, flinching when Jack grabbed her hand. She immediately snatched it away from him.

A few hours later and she felt someone shaking her. She’d fell asleep. Slowly opening her eyes and stretching, she noticed she wasn’t in the car. She was lying on a couch somewhere “Hey, you’re finally awake” a hand was placed on her shoulder “Jack?” he smiled warmly at, grabbing her hand to pull her up to her feet “Where even are we?” she was so confused “Ah don’t worry, come with me” he grinned. He held her hand as he walked her down corridors. The more rooms she passed, the more confused she was “What happened to the asshole I travelled here with?” “He’s long gone” Jack stated as they reached a set of double doors. Amy could hear a muffled voice on the other side “Jack what’s going on?” “Just trust me Amy” he smiled at her before opening the door. He quickly pulled her into the room where she was met with the sight of Alex strapped to a chair “AMY RUN DON’T TRUST HIM, YOU NEED TO LEAVE” Amy looked between Jack and Alex “What’s going on? Jack what is he talking about?” “THAT’S NOT JACK, AMY. HE’S BEEN BRAINWASHED THE WHOLE TIME, YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF HERE” Amy didn’t know what to believe. She quickly glanced at the door behind her before she felt Jack’s grip on her wrist tighten to the point where it was hurting her “Jack you’re hurting me!” “Shut it” he quipped. He dragged her further into the room and threw her on a chair next to Alex “Jack if this is some kind of sick joke, this isn’t funny” she cried. She began to panic as three guys entered the room. They each retrained her arms and legs as Jack had a firm grip on her shoulders, keeping her in place on the chair. She tried her best to kick at them, but it was no use. Panic set in as this wasn’t the first time she’d been in this situation “Amy, breathe, I’m here okay, we’ll get out of this” Alex spoke calmly next her. What the hell was happening?
