Jet Pack Blues

Jacks POV

Tyler went upstairs to Seth and Alex came down and walked into the kitchen.
I got up and walked to the kitchen.
"Can't believe be tried to kill himself." Alex said quietly.
I walked over to him and hugged him from behind.
"Am I really that bad of a parent that I make the kids life so unhappy and they have to kill themselves." He sobbed a little.
"You listen to me. You are a good parent you don't make the kids life's unhappy. If anything you make them more happy that your here. You know Seth has the same thing as you and we both know what you can be like if you hit a serious down you are exactly like Seth." I said and made him look at me.
"But why didn't talk to me?" He asked.
"Maybe he doesn't know how to." I said quietly and kissed him.
Alex sighed.
"The main thing is that Tyler got to him before he could any more damage to himself." I said.
Alex nodded.
I pulled him closer to me.
"Better get you and Roo something too eat." I said quietly.
Alex looked at me and smiled.
"What would you like?" I asked and moved towards the fridge.
"You surprise us." He said and walked to the sitting room and Rowan started to laugh.

After I gave Alex his food.
Seth came down with Tyler and the sat on the sofa miles away from everyone just talking to themselves.
I sat next to Alex and he cuddled into my side and everyone else joined us and we had a family time which we havent had for ages.
Rowan got down from my lap and went over to Seth and Tyler.
Alex had the tiniest of bumps so he was just tracing his finger over it out of habit like he always did when he was pregnant.
He stopped and smiled and then slapped my leg.
I looked at him confused.
"I'll say when we go to bed." He said quietly.
"Tell." I said quietly back.
"Roo moved." He whispered and smiled.
I smiled and pulled him to my side and kissed the top of his head.
"So you are preggers then." I chuckled.
"Was beginning to wonder myself," he chuckled.
I smiled and we spent the rest of the night smiling and tracing our fingers over the bump.
