Alexs POV I've been stuck in hospital for nearly 3 months and I was finally getting out of here. Jack pretty much stayed by my side and I was thankful for that as I don't think I could cope on my own as I haven't been allowed to take my meds for anything thanks to my smart overdosing move which made my body fuck up and now I can't take certain meds so I've been more cranky than normal. I've managed to put some weight on but it wasn't a lot since I was still refusing to eat as it was my way of coping with everything. I rolled over and poked Jack who was still asleep. "Jack." I said quietly. "Bog off Rowan." He muttered and I moved and sat on him and attacked him with kisses. "Wake up Jacky." I said and poked his chest. He woke up and looked at me. "What? Can't I just sleep." He said. "Guess what." I said. "What?" He yawned. "I'm coming home today!" I smiled and Jack smiled as well. "And about time too." He chuckled. "Can't wait to get out of here and be in my own bed and in my own house." I said. "You coming home home or your home?" Jack asked quietly. "Home home. I can't go back there, I don't want to go back there. I want to be with my family." I said. Jack smiled and I lent down and kissed him. "I'm not going to let you out of my sight or grasp." He said and ran his fingers up my boney rib cage. "Well maybe if you have to go to work, but I won't be going anywhere." I said and kissed him. Jack rolled us over so I was under him. Because I wasnt as fat as I was before I found Jack really heavy when he was sat on top of me. "We gonna surprise the kids?" He asked. "Of course." I said. "Cass is looking after Rowan and Sky while the others are at school." He said. I smiled and tired to push Jack of me but couldn't as I didn't have the strength to push him off me but he got the message and got off me. "When can I go home?" I asked and cuddled into his side. "Soon, you just need the all clear from the doctor and your free to go." Jack said and kissed the top of my head. "But I want to go home now." I whined sounding like Rowan. "Don't whine. You sound like Rowan and I don't want that." Jack said. I just huffed and stole Jacks phone and played Candy Crush. 3 hours later I was allowed to go home but I have to go back every 6 weeks to see how I'm doing and monitor my weight, which in my eyes was stupid but I wasn't going to argue about it. "There you go, all you have to do is sign here and your free to go." The nurse who we really like said. "We'll see you in 6 weeks." Jack said and we walked out hand in hand.
We got home and all I wanted to do was go to sleep. "Go and lie down and I'll make you a tea and we'll watch a movie and fall asleep before everyone comes home." Jack said. I walked over to him and hugged him from behind. "What's this for?" He asked. "I'm cold and I just wanted to hug you." I said and kissed between his shoulder blades. "Let me make this and it'll help warm you up." He said and turned round and wrapped his arms round me. "Go to the sofa and I'll be back in a minute." Jack said. I looked at him and smiled. "I'll see you there." I said and kissed him and slowly went over to the sofa and just flopped onto it and looked at the sitting room and it looked like a bomb had exploded. "Fucking hell guys." I muttered and Jack came over and handed me a tea and put a hot water bottle on my lap and put a blanket over my shoulders. I looked at Jack and smiled and rested my head on his shoulder. "I'm tired." I yawned. "Well, lie down and I'll spoon you and keep you warm." Jack said quietly and took the mug out my hand and I lead on my side and hugged the shit out of Rowan's hot water bottle and Jack pulled me close to him and he kissed behind my ear. I felt him pull the blanket over him a little more but I still had most of it. "You can have some more, I have a hot water bottle and you too keep me warm." I yawned and slowly fell asleep.
I was woken up by someone climbing on the sofa. I rolled onto my back and saw Rowan climbing onto my chest and hugged me with his arms wrapped round my neck. "I need air Row." I chuckled and he loosen his grip a little and I returned his hug. "Dada staying now?" He asked and looked at me. "Yes I'm staying because I clearly can't leave you guys for long without the house looking like a mess." I smiled and tickled his sides. He laughed loudly and I smiled I didn't know how much I actually missed that sound. Jack came over with Sky and sat next to me. Rowan got of my lap and I sat up and cuddled up the best I could and looked at Sky. She was wide awake and looking round the room and looking at me. "She's grown so much." I said quietly and messed with her foot a little. "If you tickle her feet she smiles and laughs a little now." Jack said and looked at me. "Your a little porker now Missy." I said and picked her up and held her close to me. "She missed you." Jack said and rested his chin on my shoulder. Sky had hold my of my finger and was looking at me. "I've missed everyone." I said quietly. Rowan came over and sat on Jacks lap. "Sky." Rowan said and poked her foot. She glared at him and let go of my finger. Rowan got hold of her foot and blew a raspberry on her foot and she smiled. "Such a sweet smile." I said quietly and stroked her cheek with my finger. She looked at me again and smiled and moved her leg and put the top half of her toe in her mouth. I smiled and spent the rest of the day watching her and playing with Rowan.
