Jet Pack Blues

Alex's POV

Jack was cuddled into my back and tracing his finger along the back of my shoulder.
Jack must of guessed I was awake as he stopped what be was doing.
"Don't stop, its really nice." I muttered.
Jack moved his hand and put it on my stomach.
"Is there something your not telling me because you've put some weight on and you only put weight on when your pregnant." He said carefully.
I sighed and rolled over and looked down and ran my fingers up and down his chest.
"Babe you pregnant?" Jack asked seriously.
"Don't get mad." I said quietly.
Jack place a finger under my chun and made me look at him.
"Im not going to get mad at you." He said quietly and brushed his lips against mine.
"I've just finished first trimester." I said quietly.
"So that makes you.." Jack said thinking.
"3 months." I said quickly.
"Why didn't you tell me!?" Jack whined and punched my shoulder playfully.
"Because I didn't know until like 2 weeks ago." I said.
"You've known for two weeks and you didn't tell me!" He said sitting up sounding hurt.
"I've been running backwards and forwards to the doctors and I've been tired and I never got a chance until now." I said.
"What about your meds? You can barely last 3 days without taking them, I can't see you getting through the next 6 months without them." Jack said.
"Their lowing the dosage, but they said it will hardly do anything but it will take the edge off things until its born." I said.

"Oh." I said and went to my bedside table to the draw and got a ultrasound picture out.
"I know you weren't there for this one like with the others and I know you like having a picture in your wallet so here you are." I said and handed him the picture.
He smiled and looked at me and kissed me.
"And its going to be a surprise as well so looks like we're playing our betting game with the kids." I smiled.
"What you going for boy or girl?" I asked.
"Girl." He said.
"Okay, fifty bucks if its a girl, which means you will owe me 100 bucks if its a boy." I said.
"Where did the 100 bucks come from?" He asked.
"Well considering we have 3 boys I think you should pay more." I said.
"Should be the other way round considering we only have 1 girl." Jack said against my lips.
"Na." I mumbled and kissed him hard.

This was getting heated when the door opened.
"Fucking kids." I mumbled.
Jack chuckled and sat on my hips.
"Oh God I I knew you two were about to fuck I wouldn't of come up." Seth said and walked over to the bed and made himself at home.
"Then why did you come up?" Jack asked and sat beside me.
"Because I want to ask if you two are okay with me being with Tyler." He said and looked down.
"Who are we to judge? Your happy aren't you?" I asked and Seth nodded.
"Then you shouldn't worry about what people thinks." Jack said.
Seth smiled.
"Get everyone in the sitting room we have to have a family meeting since its been a while and there's a lot to be said." I said and sat up.
"Your pregnant again aren't you?" Seth smiled.
"How the fuck do you know?" I asked shocked.
"Lucky guess and you've put weight on and your more, how to put this, more cuckoo in the head." Seth said.
"Thanks Seth." I said sarcastically.
"Don't worry, Ri, Aid, Ty and Row are blind and haven't noticed." He said.
"Would be worried if Row noticed." Jack chuckled.
Seth smiled.
"It'll be good cause then Rowan will have someone to play with and not bother everyone." He chuckled.
Then as if by magic Rowan showed up.
"I'm hungry." He whined and climbed onto the bed.
"Well get everyone up and we'll have a big breakfast." I said.
Seth and Rowan went out the room and me and Jack slowly climbed out of bed and pulled some bottoms on and I put a tee on.
Jack just but pair of my bottoms on.
"Still can't believe you got that tattoo as a dare on your business trip." I said and went over to him and traced my finger over his Jack Skellington tattoo.
"Wanted one anyway and that dare just pushed me to do it." He chuckled.
I shook my head and we went downstairs.

After we had breakfast and we all went to the sitting room for the 'family meeting' as it was the only way we could discuss things in this house.
"I have to meet Oli in an hour, this going to take long?" Aidan asked.
"It shouldn't do." Jack said.
"So as we know we gonna need a bigger house since we can't have Rowan having the box room and we also need another room." I said.
"Are you saying what we think you are?" Riley asked.
"I dunno Ri, what do you think I'm on about?" I asked.
Aidan sqealed.
"How far?" Riley asked.
"3 months." I said.
"30 bucks to say its a boy." Tyler said.
We looked at him.
"What? I'm part of this mad house so might as well bet on if it a boy or a girl." He said.
I smiled as Tyler weren't used to how abnormal this is.
"60 bucks if it a girl." Aidan said.
"Where you going to get that money from?" Seth asked.
"I have my ways." She said sweetly.
I knitted my brows together and looked at Jack and he was doing the same.
"40 bucks on a boy." Seth said.
"20 on a girl." Riley said working something out.
"Five." Rowan said and laughed.
"Gambling at the age of 2 what great parenting skills guys." Tyler chuckled.
"Just the best." Jack chuckled.
"About the new house?" Riley asked as he was always unsure about new things.
"We haven't found anywhere yet, but if we like the place then we'll let you see it and see if you like it or not and if you don't then we'll look for another house. But we would like to find a place before this arrives." I said and pointed to my stomach.
"Is that it?" Aidan asked.
"Yes but you stay where you are young lady." Jack said.
She huffed but stayed while everyone went.

"So how will you get 60 bucks?" I asked and sat next to her.
"Like I said I have my ways." She said.
"You sleeping with someone Aidan?" I asked seriously.
"No!" She said shocked.
"Then how are you getting the money?" I asked.
She looked down.
"Aid." I said quietly.
"Dad nothing is going on, I have money." She said and looked at me.
I looked at Jack and he walked out the room knowing that the kids open up to me more than him.
"Sweetie if anything is going on then you can talk to me. I'm here for you." I said quietly.
She looked at me.
"Nothing is going on. I know you'll be here for me. I have to go otherwise I'm going to be late." She said and kissed my cheek and went upstairs to get changed.

Seth and Riley stood by the door.
"She's lying." Riley said quietly.
"You think I don't know that?" I said sarcastically.
"Chill man." Seth chuxkled and came over and sat next to me.
"You kids will be the death of me." I said.
"But you wouldn't have us any other way." Seth said and rested his head on my shoulder.
"Buggers the lot of you." I chuckled.
"Well if we're buggers then why are you having another one to add to the mad house." Riley said and sat the other side of me.
"Dunno, think of it as Rowans play mate." I said.
They chuckled.
"I'll see you guys later." Aidan as and went over to Jack and kissed his cheek and did the same to me.
"You be careful." I said seriously.
"Always am dad." She smiled.
"Wear protection!" Seth shouted after him.
"Fuck off Seth!" She said and walked out the door.
Tyler came down and cuddled into Seth's side.
