Perfect Boyfriend

Nyssa's POV:
"I can't believe you got to study in Korea!," I yell and stare at Jungkook in shock. He smiles and laughs a bit, "yeah neither can I. Especially in my freshman year." "Ugh, I'm so jealous. I really want to study abroad." "My guess is Korea since you did a KPop dance cover." "Maybe. I'm leaning more towards Japan, or England, or even Spain!" He laughs again and leans forward, resting his chin on his hand. "Well if you like, I can help you fill out the paper work." "You would!?" "Of course!" He points his pointer finger out and moves it to my face. "What are you-" He pushes up my glasses and I look away from him. "Still cute as ever," he says with a smile. "Um. Jungkook." "Yeah?" "You're starting to break the deal." Again. He's only been doing slight flirty things, but enough to make me nervous. "Oh. Sorry. Didn't realize that I was." Jungkook and I have been hanging out the past couple of weeks, I wish I wasn't so shy back then, because we have a lot more in common than I knew.

"Well, um, I need to get going." As soon things get a little weird for me, I usually find a reason to leave. Jungkook is really nice, but I think his feelings for me come out to much sometimes. "All ready? We've only been hanging out for a bit." "Yeah, sorry. I'm meeting up with Alex." "I'll see you later then." "See ya." I pick up my things and run off, I turn the corner and stop. I lean against the wall and let out a deep breath. You're getting to close Jungkook. I really want to be friends with him, but if he keeps acting like this, I don't think I can.

"Nyssa, I have a surprise for you," Alex smiles big and runs up to me as soon I step inside the apartment. "What's the surprise?" I look behind him to make sure that Rian isn't here. "Who are you looking for?" "No one. So what's the surprise?" He holds my hands and jumps a bit which makes me laugh. "We're going on vacation!" "What!?" "Yeah! All paid for by the company! They feel bad with how the last one turned out, and this time Rian won't bother us! They want us to be able to move at our own pace this time. No influences. No pressure. Just you and I." He steps close and I look down. Oh gosh. Just Alex and I. "That does sound really nice..." "Doesn't it? And I already requested off work for us." "You did!?" "Yep!" "Where are we going?" "A really nice resort, that's not on an island." "That's good, and that does sound really nice." "So do you want to go!?" I smile up at him, "yeah. I want to go." "Great! Because I already packed your bags." "Wait, you did!?" "Since I didn't know what time you would be home, I went ahead and packed your bags for you." "When do we leave!?" "Tonight!"

My jaw drops as we walk up to the resort and walk inside. Holy crap! "This place is so nice!" And this time no Rian. "All thanks to the company. Lets go check in." I quickly nod and walk with him to the front desk. He checks us in, some people get our luggage, and we make our way up to our room. When the guy opens the door I stare in shock. "Welcome to the honey moon suite," the guy tells us. No wonder they planned this for us! I can't believe them! "Ugh!!" I pull on my braids and groan. "Nyssa, what's wrong?" I wait for the people to leave and groan even more. "I know why the company planned this for us." "Why?" "Because they want us to do it! Why else would they get us the honey moon suite!?" Alex pulls me towards him and I let my head rest on his chest. "We don't have to do it Nyssa, I want you to fully feel comfortable with me." "Are you sure the company won't get ticked off if we don't?" "They need to understand that they can't force us, that we can only do it at our own pace. How about you don't look at this vacation as a way to get us to do it, but as a way for us to enjoy our time together and become closer."

I smile up at him and he kisses my forehead. "What do you want to do?" "The pool looked really nice, can we go do that?" "Sure." We find what we need and I go in the bathroom to quickly change into my bikini, and then I put a tank top over it, I'm still not comfortable wearing just the bikini. I walk out and I see that Alex is ready. "Ready to go down?" "Yeah." I put my flip flops on and walk down with him. When we reach the pool I let out a whistle and look around. "It's so nice." I look in my bag and realize that I left my water bottle upstairs. "Damn it." "What is it?" "I left my water bottle upstairs." "I'll go get it, you get us a spot for our stuff." "Are you sure?" "Yeah." I take our stuff and he runs back inside. I walk around and look for two lounge chairs. Hm... "Watch out!," a guy yells and I end up slipping. I fall backwards and let out a scream, but someone catches me. "Are you okay?" I look up and realize that it's Jungkook. "Jungkook!" "Nyssa!" He helps me stand up and I stare at him in shock.

"Jungkook, what are you doing here?" "I'm on vacation for the weekend, I have a theater show soon, so the director told me to go get a break. Weird how we both came here." "Yeah. Weird." Now I'm glad I wore the tank top. "Um. I was trying to find two chairs." "Why two?" "Alex is here with me." "That makes since." We pick up my stuff and he walks with me to find two chairs. We finally find two chairs and put the stuff down. I also just now realized that Jungkook is shirtless, thank god I'm wearing sun glasses. "Where's Alex?" "I left something in the room and he ran back up to get it for me." "That's really nice of them to do that for you. By the way, are you wearing contacts?" "I am, that's the only way I can wear these sun glasses." "Can I see what you look like without the sun glasses?" "Um..." "Please? All through school I've only seen you with glasses." "Okay..." I slowly take off the sun glasses and stare up at him shyly. He smiles big and takes a step forward. "You look really cute without sun glasses." "Listen Jungkook. You need to stop doing that." "Stop what?"

I walk around him and walk to the pool, I really want to jump in and surprise Alex when he walks out. The pool isn't as deep as the lake I fell into, I can stand, so I would be fine. "You know what I mean Jungkook." He grabs my arm and spins me around to face him. "Nyssa, what are you saying?" "I'm saying, please stop flirting and hitting on me. You know I have a boyfriend, I keep warning you, and yet, you continue. You need to stop, or I'm going to stop talking to you." "Nyssa, I'm just being me. I promise." "I don't think you really are." He steps closer which makes me step back. "Nyssa, please listen to me." "Jungkook, you heard what I said, so you need to agree to it." Every time he takes a step I take a step back. "Nyssa, I-" "Get out of the way love birds!," I hear some boys yell. They run behind Jungkook and push on his back. He gets pushed into me, and we end up falling into the pool. I splash around a bit and I feel someone grab me and help me get my head out of the water.

I start coughing and I stand up. "Are you okay?" I look up and see Jungkook, and realize that he's the one holding me. I push him away and take a few deep breaths. "Nyssa!" I look up and I see Alex staring at me with concern. "Are you okay!?" "Yeah Alex." I go to the side and hold up my hands, he kneels down and pulls me out of the pool. "I'm really sorry that happened Nyssa." "It's not your fault Jungkook." "Oh, hi Jungkook." "Hey Alex. Sorry that happened." "It's fine. I saw what happened and know it's not your fault." But he doesn't know that I was trying to get away from Jungkook... Maybe with Alex around Jungkook will stay away and get the message I'm sending him.. Jungkook gets out of the pool and he has his arm behind his back. "At least you were with her, she can't swim really well and she almost drowned over the semester." "You almost drowned Nyssa!?" "Yeah.. I did.. But Alex is the one who saved me." I wrap my arms around his waist and Alex puts a arm around me. "At least you saved her Alex, or she wouldn't be here today." "I can't stand the thought of losing my girlfriend." "Well, enjoy your time here you two." "You too."

Jungkook walks off and I look up at Alex. "Glad to see that you're okay." "Thanks." "And I got your bottle, and filled it with cold water." "Thanks Alex." I stand on my toes and he leans down to softly kiss me. I really love his kisses. "Do you want to tan first or swim?" "Swim I guess since I'm already wet." "Okay." He takes off his shirt and tosses it onto the chair. I have such a hot boyfriend. He jumps in and he quickly stands up. "Now your turn," he smiles at me. I smile back and jump in. When I get in the water I feel him grab me and brings me up. He holds me close and I wrap my arms around his neck. "Do you like it here Nyssa?" "Yeah, I do." I rest my forehead on his, "I'm glad I get to spend this weekend with you." "Me too." I lean back a bit and unwrap my arms. "What are you doing?" I splash him and stick my tongue out. "Hey!," he laughs and we start splashing each other. I squeal as he splashes me more, I close my eyes and splash more. I feel him wrap his arms around me and he spins me around causing me to squeal. "Alex!", I laugh. As I spin, I see Jungkook staring at us. I can't tell his expression, but it's not a smile.
