Jacks POV

I woke up really excited and happy.
Alex was still sound asleep facing me and with his hand on my side of the bed just so he felt close to me.
"Babe." I whispered and looked at him.
Alex just sighed and moved around a little and was out like a light.
"Babe." I said a little louder and touched Alex hand which made him open one eye and look at me.
"What?" He whispered his voice thick with sleep.
"Guess what." I said and moved closer to him so our foreheads was touching.
"What?" Alex grumbled slowly falling back asleep.
"I love you." I said and kissed the end of his nose which made Alex smile and wake up a little bit more.
"I love you too." He said quietly and cuddled into my chest.
Alex thought about something and looked at me.
He smiled and kissed the side off my mouth.
"Go back to sleep its too early." He muttered.
I couldn't go back to sleep so I left Alex to sleep and went downstairs.

I heard someone in the kitchen and I knew it wasn't Fred or Elijah as Fred was still in bed and Elijah was at college or whatever.
I grabbed Alex's baseball bat which we had hidden behind the front door and slowly walked to the kitchen.
I raised the bat and turned the light on and saw Eric.
"Fucking hell Eric I nearly battered you with the bloody bat!" I said and put the bat on the table.
"Jesus Jack! You trying to kill me!" Eric said and looked at me.
"Can say the same to you." I said.
"What you doing here anyway?" I asked.
"Me and Callie had a tiff so we're just giving each other some space for a few hours." He said.
"Oh." I said.
"What you doing up?" He asked.
"Was going to make Alex breakfast in bed." I said.
"Has little bro lost his mind again?" Eric asked.
"Nope." I said and looked in the fridge and got bacon and pancake mixture.
"Then what's the special occasion?" Eric chuckled.
I looked at him and Eric thought a little.
"Have we really been stuck with you for a whole year already?" He chuckled.
"Hey I'm not that bad! And yes you have." I said with a smile.
"Still feels like yesterday me and Fred took you hostage." He said.
I chuckled.
"Anyway. I'm glad that Alex has you." He said.
I smiled.
"Just look after him for me and Fred." He said.
"I will. He's in safe hands with me." I said and Eric smiled.
"Better see if the Mrs has calmed down enough for make up sex." He said and stole a bit of toast I was slowly eating.
I glared at him.
"Laters Jacky." He said and walked out the house.
I rolled my eyes and went back to cooking Alex breakfast.

After I cooked Alex breakfast I went back upstairs.
I smiled when I walked into our room and saw Alex slowly waking up on my side of the bed.
I walked over and put the food and drink on the side and sat on the bed.
"Morning beautiful." I said and kissed his forehead which made him blush a little which was cute as Alex rarely blushed.
"Morning ugly." He chuckled and looked at me.
I smiled and kissed him again.
He sat up and looked at the pile of bacon pancakes I made.
"You do realise I'm not going to eat all them by myself, so your gonna have to share with me." He said and looked at me.
You could see him trying to work out what the hell was going on.
"I know so we're gonna share them but the tea is just for you." I said which made Alex smile.
Alex moved and rolled onto his front and looked through the mess he had on his side of the bed.
I couldn't resist so I bit his ass.
"Ow Jack that hurt." Alex whined and rubbed his bum with his hand.
"Aw, I'm sorry." I said and moved his hand and kissed his bum which made him giggle quietly.
"Right put me down." Alex said and rolled onto his back and sat up.
I smiled.
"Since I'm poor and can't leave the house much anymore I never actually got you anything." He said honestly.
A bit of disappointment went through me but I understood.
"But it doesn't mean I never done anything for you." He said and made me look at him.
I smiled.
"So I've done this for you. I hope you don't mind that I went through some of your parents photos." He said and handed me this book.

I looked through it and it had photos of mum and dad and me and Alex.
I got to the back page and there was a photo with some art work behind it.
"I understand if you don't like it but I didn't know what..." He started and I moved and kissed him hard.
"I love it. Thank you." I said against his lips and kissed him again which made Alex smile.
"I've even done this." He said and put a bit of paper in front of me.
I looked at it and saw Alex scruffy writing.
'Jacks Song.' It said at the top and I read it and smiled.
I looked at Alex who was looking down with a slight blush on his face.
"Their beautiful." I smiled and Alex looked at me and smiled slightly.
"Honestly Lex, I love them." I said and kissed him.
"I also have a bit of a confession to make." I said and Alex chuckled.
"Cause of what's been happening round here lately I never got a chance to go anywhere to get anything. But I have a couple of surprises for you." I said and Alex looked at me his cheeks slowly going more red.
I couldn't help but laugh as Alex hated being centre of attention.
"Hey Lex." I said and Alex tilted his head to one side and got his tea.
"Yeah?" He asked and sipped his tea.
I moved and sat on his lap and put his on the side and kissed him.
"1 year anniversary." I said and Alex smiled.
"Hopefully more to come." He said quietly and kissed me.

We basically just had sex all day which neither of us was complaining about.
"Get dressed we're going out." I said and looked at Alex as I messed with his hair.
"But I'm comfy here." He muttered.
" I know you are but we have to be somewhere." I said and Alex looked at me.
"You'll like it when we get there." I said quietly and kissed him and Alex smiled shyly at me.
"I do love that smile." I said quietly and Alex blushed.
" Come stud get dressed and got out of bed and went to have a shower.
Alex joined me and so the shower took a little longer than what it should of done but I didn't care.

"How much further." Alex whined as we walked up this hill.
"Not far now." I said and put my arm over his shoulder and kissed the top of his head.
Alex just huffed and I couldn't help but chuckle.
We got to where we needed to be and I got behind Alex and put my hands over his eyes.
"Jack?" Alex asked really unsure where I had gone.
"I'm still here. I'm right behind you." I said quietly and kissed the back of his neck which made his breath hitch a little.
I smirked to myself and slowly pressed my body against his and slowly walked towards where we had to be.
I removed my hands from Alexs eyes and his eyes went really wide as we looked down at the town from the hill.
"Its beautiful." He said quietly.
The view up here was breath taking and I was glad Alex really like it up here.
I sat down and Alex looked at me and then closely sat next to me and rested his head on my shoulder.

We stayed quiet for ages just taking the view in.
"How did you find such a beautiful place?" Alex asked and moved closer to me as he was getting cold.
I smiled and got a blanket and put it over our shoulders which made Alex smile and kiss my shoulder.
" I wanted to escape everything when mum and dad died. I was walking around one night and found this place. Makes me feel a little closer to them I guess." I said quietly and looked down.
Alex kissed my cheek and I looked at him.
"They would be really proud of you Jack." He said and smiled his shy smile.
I smiled.
"Because I know I am proud of you, for sticking with me through my insane madness and suicide attempts." He said and looked down quickly and looked back at me.
"You're my everything Jack. I dont know what I would do if i didnt have you." He said and kissed me.
He pulled back but I stopped him and rested my forehead against his.
" You're my everything as well." I said quietly and Alex smiled.We both looked at the view with my head now rested on Alex's shoulder with his head on top of mine.

Alex yawned loudly which made me chuckle.
"Tired?" I asked and he nodded.
"I have to give you this first." I said and handed Alex a jar.
"What's this?" He asked and looked at it.
"Read it." I said and Alex moved and sat in the gap of my legs and I put my arms round his shoulders.
"100 reasons why I love you." He said and looked at me.
I smiled and Alex opened the jar and pulled out a bit of paper.
"Reason 69- your good in bed." He said and started to laughed.
I smiled and chuckled.
I put my hand out so he can put it in my hand which he did.
"Reason 10- You can cheer me up when I feel like shit." He said and I kissed his cheek.
"Reason 100- Life wouldn't be the same without you in it." He said and sniffed a little.
"Hey don't cry, I don't want your to cry." I said and Alex turned round and buried his head in my chest and hugged me.
"Jack.. I don't know what to say." He said and looked at me.
"You don't have to say anything." I said quietly and wiped the tears which had fallen away.
"Please tell me these are happy tears?" I asked and Alex chuckled.
"Yeah these are happy tears." He sniffed and kissed me which made me smile.
"Shell we go home?" I asked and Alex nodded.
"Off you get then." I said and slapped his ass which made him giggle a little which made me smile.
He helped me up and we walked back hand in hand and when we got home we put a film on and cuddled until we fell asleep.
