Eric's POV

Callie said I could spend the weekend round hers.
I wasn't going to turn that down and Fred and Alex was busy with Jack and whatever Fred's fuck buddy was called.

"So my dad might ask loads of questions you let it slide and dont take offensive to it and you most definitely don't kick off." Callie said seriously.
"If he behaves then I will to." I said.
"Eric I'm being serious! I want him to like you because I really really like you okay. I don't want to lose you." She said as we got to her house.
"Fine. I won't kick off and I'll be on my best behaviour." I said and she stood on her tip toes and kissed me.
"Good." She said quietly and walked in.

"Dad? Where are you?" Callie said as she put her keys on the side and caught hold of my hand as we walked in the kitchen.
"Hey dad I want you too meet Eric." She said and kissed her dads cheek and he looked at me.
"You get her pregnant or you hurt her and I will get this knife and cut your bollacks off along with your head." He said seriously and pointed the knife at my face.
"Wouldn't dream of it." I said and looked at him.
"Dad he's not going to hurt me. I can look after myself." Callie said.
"If he does you tell me and you sonny boy will get a bloody good bashing." He said.
Thank god I wasn't Alex otherwise he would just run off or mouth off or maybe both.
"Dad!" Callie said seriously.
"I'm sorry. Chris." He said and offered me his hand.
"Eric." I said and shook his hand and he pulled me into a man hug.
"Come and have a beer with us." Chris said and Callie brought us a beer each.

Callie was cuddled into my side as her dad was sat in a chair.
"So tell me a bit about yourself Eric. Need to make sure your not going to kill my little girl." Chris said.
"Dad we've been through this. Eric isn't like the last ass hole. If anything he's better." Callie said and looked at me and smiled.
"So.. Tell us about yourself." He said.
"I live with my two younger brothers and my youngest brother boyfriend." I said.
"Where you parents?" He asked.
"Dad." Callie said seriously.
"They both abandoned us. My dad went back to England and we have no idea where my mother is." I said through gritted teeth.
" Oh. I guess that's a touchy subject. Bit like Callie's mother." Her dad said bitterly.
"Hey dad, everything is going to be okay. You still have me and that's all we need. Me and you just like it has been." She said and got up and walked over to her dad and kissed the top of his head.
"Me and Eric are downstairs if you need us. Shell we have a take away and watch a film later." Callie said to him and he nodded.
"See you later then. Don't get into trouble." She chuckled and walked over to me and offered me her hand which I took and she lead me downstairs to the basement.

"If this is some sort of sex dungeon I will be seriously worried about you." I said and Caliie chuckled.
"No its not a sex dungeon. But we can do something if you want." She said and pushed me against the wall and lent against me and kissed me.
"Don't think I'm turning you or the sex down because I'm not, but I don't want to rush and fuck this all up." I said and looked away from her.
She made me look at her.
"Knew you was one of the good guys. But you won't fuck this up and we don't have to rush things if you don't want to." She smiled and kissed me softly.
"Trust me, if you weren't someone who I really care about I would literally be fucking you against this wall." I said and she blushed.
"Come and cuddle and watch a film." She said and got hold of my hand and dragged me over to her bed.

As she looked for a DVD I looked round her room.
Her walls have loads of posters on them and then I looked on her bed side table and there was a picture of a lot younger Callie and her dad and two other people.
I picked it up and looked at it while I messed with her teddy which she dumped on my lap when she went looking for a DVD to watch.
"I was 10 when my mum and sister got killed." She said quietly and sat next to me and rested her head on my shoulder.
"What happened?" I asked quietly.
"They was coming back from seeing my nan when a drunk ran them off the road and into a river. They both drowned." She said quietly and looked down and went quiet.
"How old was your sister?" I asked.
"She was 12." She sniffed.
I put the photo back and handed her her teddy to her and pulled her onto my lap and I kissed her cheek.
"Dad has his bad days. Like really bad, mum was his world and after she died it was like a piece of him died with her." She said quietly.
"Lie down." I said quietly and she moved and lead down and I got behind her and pulled her close to me and I kissed behind her ear.
I brushed her hair back out of her face and kissed her cheek and worked down towards her lip and kissed her softly.
We watched the movie in silence.

We went upstairs and had our food and went back down to the basement.
Callie was getting into her PJs and I couldn't help but watch her.
She turned round and caught me watching her.
"Enjoying the view?" She chuckled.
"Yes." I smiled.
She smiled and walked over and sat on her bed and started to take her make up off.
Once she did that she came over and climbed over me and cuddled into my side and put her leg over mine.
"You're on my side of the bed." She chuckled.
"I'm sorry, I'll move over if you want." I said.
"No, your comfy and really warm." She yawned.
I smiled and put another film on amd watch Callie slowly fall asleep.
Once I knew she was asleep I slowly began to fall asleep as well.
