Alex's POV

I woke up and Jack was still fast asleep and had his back to me and was snoring.
"Please shut up." I muttered and rolled over and cuddled into Jacks back as this normally shuts him up but he must of been completely out off it as he didn't shut up at all.
I pulled my pillow out from under me and smacked him across the head.
He snorted and sat up and looked at me.
"The fuck?" He muttered and lead back down again.
"You was snoring and you wouldnt shut up." I muttered and cuddled into his side again.
"Well my head hurts and I'm going back too sleep." He said and fell asleep again.
"Agreed." I mumbled and fell back asleep.

I was woken up by Jack tracing his finger along my side.
I smiled and moved closer too him.
"You need to take your meds and I need painkillers." He said.
"We don't keep painkillers in this house." I said and looked down.
"What house doesn't have painkillers." He grumbled and streched.
"One where someone has nearly killed themselves by overdosing on them." I said quietly.
"Shit, sorry I completely forgot." He said and pushed me onto my back and hovered above me.
I smiled.
"You forgot what?" I asked.
"That your messed up in the head." He said quietly and looked at my reaction.
I looked away from him.
Jack pulled my face back round and I looked at him.
"Wouldn't have you any other way." He said quietly and kissed me softly.
My stomach made a nosie.
Jack chuckled.
"I'm gonna cook you something." He said and got off the bed and pulled a pair of my pants on and walked out my room.

I was sat on the table in just my pants watching Jack when the front door opened and shut.
I got off the table and went too see who it was.
It was Eric and he still looked fucked.
"Eric?" I asked.
He ignored me which wasn't like him.
"Eric where's Freddie?" I asked.
He just dropped too the floor.
"Eric!" I said loudly and dropped to the floor and checked if he was at least breathing.
His pulse was really weak.
"Shit, Jack call the ambulance." I said and looked at him.
"What's happened? Jack asked.
I checked Eric eyes.
"Fuck sake Eric!." I snapped and got up and pulled my hair.
"What's going on?" Jack asked again but I need to try and hunt Freddie down.
"Keep an eye on him, make sure he don't choke on puke if he voms, check if he's still breathing and he has a pulse." I said and went upstairs quickly.
I found my phone and dailed Freddie's number.
"Come on answer your fucking phone." I said and started to pace up and down my room and pulled on a jumper on.
It went to voicemail.
"Fred answer your fucking phone!" I said loudly.
I found a pair of trackies and pulled them on and went back downstairs.
"Alex what's going on? I'm worried." Jack said.
"Basically if Eric over does it on drugs and alcohol he's fucked Jack. Which I why I need to get hold off Freddie and ask him what the fuck Eric has been taking." I said loudly.
I was getting really shitty with Freddie not answering his phone.
"Answer your fucking phone will you!" I shouted down my phone and threw it across the room.
"The ambulance will be here in soon." Jack said quietly.
I had too take a deep breath before I spoke to him otherwise I would snap and shout at him.
" Thanks." I said quietly.
Jack smiled and walked over too me and kissed the top of my head and went upstairs to get dressed.

The front door opened and Freddie walked in.
"Where the fuck have you been! I've been trying to fucking call you!" I shouted at him.
"Shush, I'm hungover." He said and turned round and saw Eric.
"Shit, Eric!." He said and joined me on the floor.
"What has he been taking?" I asked since if the ambulance came Fred ewas in no fit state to talk to them.
"I dunno Lex, he had fuck loads of alcohol but then he went off. I swear Alex that's all I know." He said and looked at Eric and messed with his hair.
"Fuck sake." I said.
I looked at Fred and he looked more fucked than Eric.
"Go upstairs have a shower because you stink, go and get some sleep because you look like shit." I said quietly.
He got up and nodded.
"Their here." Jack said and looked at me.

They came in and looked at me since I had my sleeves rolled up and my scars showing and Freddie was sat on the top of the stairs listening.
"Hello, I'm Austin who's this?" He sat and knelt beside Eric.
"M..My brother Eric." I stuttered.
He smiled.
"How old is he?" He asked.
"He's gonna be 17 next week." I said.
"Okay, does he have any problems which we should be aware of?" He asked and checked Eric.
"Um, he has a history of drugs and alcohol abuse." I said.
"Shame, such a young lad." He said quietly to himself.
"Is he going to be okay?" I asked and I heard my phone going off somewhere.
I looked at Jack.
"I've got it." He said and answered my phone.
"I can't answer that question I'm afraid not until he's at the hospital." He said.
"Do you know where he was last night or what he might of taken?" He asked.
"Him and my other brother was at a party, what he did there I don't know, but he used to like taking the hard stuff when he was taking drugs." I said and looked at Jack who was walking over.
Austin just nodded.

Jack knelt beside me.
"It's your mum." He said quietly.
I took my phone and walked too the sitting room.
"Mum, something bad has happened." I said trying not too cry.
"I was just phoning to ask if everything is okay but you tell me what is going on right now Alex." She said.
"I dunno, him and Fred went out to a party or something and Eric must of done something because he came home and just collasped, i dunno what to do mum. Im scared something might happen too him." I said really quickly that it didn't make any sense too me let alone what mum got out of it.
"Alex you have to breathe okay, have you got the ambulance there?" She asked calmly.
"Yeah, their checking nhim over and he has to go to hospital." I said.
"Is Fred back?" She asked.
"Yeah he came back not so long ago." I said.
"That's good, you going to be alright until me and your father bet to the hospital?" She asked.
"I have Jack, so I should be." I said and looked towards the door and Jack was standing there watching.
"That's good, we'll see you later, be safe." She said.
"I'll try." I whispered and she hung up.
I looked at Jack.
"Their taking him too the hospital, you and Fred can go in the ambulance and I'll walk to the hospital." He said.
I shook my head.
"I need you by my side." I said quietly.
Jack walked over and pulled me into a hug.
"I will be, don't worry I'm not going anywhere." He said quietly and kissed the top of my head.

We decided that Fred went in the ambulance and me and Jack walked as I don't think I could cope being in a ambulance.
We got to the hospital and I just looked at it.
"Haven't been in a hospital since I did this." I said and lifted my arm.
"You'll be fine, you have me and Freddie here ." He said quietly and we walked in.
We found Fred and he looked like shit.
"What's happening?" I asked and pulled him into a hug.
"I dunno their not saying anything, they won't let me see him." He said and looked round.
I knew he was looking for mum or dad since he always did this when something like this happened.
"Where mum?" He asked.
"She's on her way." I said quietly.
A nurse came over.
"You with Mr Gaskarth?" She asked.
"Yes." Me and Fred said together.
"Your relationship with him?" She asked.
"Brothers." Fred said.
"Who's he?" She asked and looked at Jack.
"My boyfriend." I said.
She didn't say anything.
"Where's you parents?" She asked.
"Their on their way." I said quietly.
"Would you like too see him?" She asked.
We both nodded and followed her to a room.
