Jacks POV

I woke up and Alex was still sound asleep.
"Oi, princesses wake up we have school." Eric said banging on the door.
I looked at Alex who was still fast asleep.
The door opened.
"Oh one of you is up." Freddie said.
"Yeah." I said and sat up.
"Did he have a rough night?" He asked and looked at Alex.
"Dunno, I was gone in sleep to be woken up." I yawned.
"He been keeping you up most of the weekend?" He asked.
"Yeah, guess it caught up with me." I said.
Alex round over and sighed but didn't wake up.

"Eric!" Freddie said loudly.
"What?" He asked and walked in with just a towel round his waist.
I was fighting the urge not to look at him.
"Did he take his meds?" Eric asked.
"No." I said.
Eric walked over to Alex.
"Oi princess wake up." He said and looked at Alex.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"Sometimes if Alex feels like shit he might overdose on painkillers but he hasn't done that for a while." Freddie said.
"Hey wake up!" Eric said and slapped Alex cheek.
Alex snorted and woke up.
"What? I was sleeping." He muttered.
"You weren't waking up." Eric said quietly.
"Think I took my meds at 1 this morning, I dunno." Alex muttered.
"You have to go too school." Eric said.
"Too tired to go too school." He said and rolled over and faced me.
He smiled.
"I can't stay behind." Eric said and looked at Freddie.
"I have a test so I can't either." He said and the both looked at me.
"I can't miss any more school and I need to go home and see mum." I said.
"I'll be fine, I'm not moving from my bed." Alex muttered.
"Where's mum anyway?" Eric asked and looked at Freddie.
"Fuck knows." He said.
"Where's dad as well, haven't seen the old man for a few days." Freddie said.
"Shits going down." Alex muttered.
"We'll talk about this later." Eric said and got up and walked out the room.
Freddie followed.

I looked at Alex and he was asleep again.
I went to move but Alex grabbed hold of my hand.
"You sure you can't stay?" He asked and looked at me.
"I can't I'm afraid. I need to check on mum and I have to see if I can fix things and actually spend the whole day at school." I said.
"Sucks." He muttered.
"Fraid so." I said.
"I heard what you said last night." He said quietly.
I smiled a small smile.
"What do we do?" I asked.
"Just carry on until one of us gives up and do something." He said quietly and was out like a light.
"That makes no sense." I muttered and got off the bed and stole one of his jumpers and got my bag and walked downstairs.
"Want a lift princess?" Eric asked.
"Na, I have stuff I need to sort out." I said and walked out the door.

Alexs POV

I spent most of the day in bed and watching films.
I knew Eric and Fred had come home early as the front door slammed shut and feet coming up the stairs.
They knocked on my door and walked in.
"He meant wnat he said about not leaving his room." Fred said and came over and sat next to me.
"Only too piss and have a drink." I said.
Eric came over and sat in front off me.
"We need to talk." Eric said.

"What did you mean about shits going down?" Eric asked.
"Since I'm the night person out of us, but when I go down at 3 in the morning I find dad on the sofa and mum will be in bed." I said.
"But I havent heard any shouting." Fred said.
"That's because they haven't been shouting." I said.
They looked at me.
"Meaning?" Eric asked confused.
"Christ you guys are dumb." I said and rolled my eyes.
"You want mum and dad to spilt?" Freddie snapped.
I looked down and shook my head.
"Spill what you know Alex." Eric said seriously.
"I don't know the full story but I went down for something to eat a few weeks ago at 11 and they was talking about something. What I dunno because they was in the sitting room and I walked by and they didn't notice me so whatever is going on is serious." I said.
"Come on Alex you have to have something better than that." Fred said.
"I dunno, really I don't but I heard England and moving back being mentioned." I said and looked down.
"Who was saying that?" Eric asked.
"Dad was. But it sounded like it was only him and not us." I said quietly.
We all looked at each other.
"We need a plan and we need too look around. Lex you do the bedroom." Eric said.
"Why me?" I groaned.
"Because you are, Fred you go to the computer and look on there and use your hacking skills or something to look there." He said.
"What you gonna do?" I asked.
"See if he's at work. We'll meet back here in 2 hours." Eric said.
"I need longer than that." Freddie said.
"You can carry on in here." I said.
"You must not tell anyone about this." Eric said and looked at me.
I looked down and nodded.
"See you in a bit." Eric said and got up and walked out the room.

2 hours later I found nothing and I looked round the whole house.
I went back into my room and Freddie was sat crossed legged on my bed with his glasses on looking really serious about something.
"Found something?" I asked and sat next o him and lent against him a little.
"Looks like dad isn't being completely honest with us." He said and showed me this email.
The front door slammed shut and someone coming upstairs.
Eric came into the room.
"He weren't there." He said and sat on the bed.
"Any luck Lex?" He asked.
"Do sex toys count? If not then I have nothing." I said.
You could see Eric mentally cringe.
"Fred, please say you have something." He said.
"I do but your not gonna like it." He said and looked at Eric.
"Let me look." He said.
"You need to promise us something first." Fred said.
"Which is?" Eric asked.
"You don't go back too your old ways and you don't blame mum, its all his doing, but you are not to do anything to him." Fred said.
"I promise." He said.
"Pinky promise." I said and held my little finger out.
Fred did the same.
He linked his pinkies with ours.
Fred looked at me and I nodded.
Fred handed him the laptop.
"You've gotta be fucking shitting me?" He said and looked at us.
"I wish." I said quietly and got up and walked out the room.

I was sat outside smoking on the top step when I heard the back door go.
"You okay?" Eric asked.
"Dunno if I can stay in this house with him." I said.
"I know the feeling is mutual." He said.
"How could he do this too us? I know we've fucked up and everything but how." I said loudly.
Eric pulled me too his side.
"I dunno I really don't Lex." He said quietly.
The back door opened.
"He's back." Freddie said and shut the door.
"Dunno if I can look at him." I said.
"You can, because we're going to do this together." He said and got up.
I did the same and we both went inside.

I was sat on the counter, Eric was sat in the care and Fred on the table when dad walked in.
"Hey boys had a good day?" He asked happily.
He was wearing a tie, he never wore a tie.
I looked at the others and they noticed it too.
And he sounded too happy as well.
"It was fine, until we found this." Freddie said and turned the computer round for dad too see.
He turned round and the smile soon left his face.
"W..W..Where did you find this?" He stuttered.
He only did this when he had been ratted for somthing.
"And give it away, na we'll leave the guessing too you." Eric said and pulled a chair out and pushed dad in it.
I got off the side.
"Can't wait until I'm back in England, away from my nutcase of a son, away from the freakshow, away from the druggie." I said.
"It's not what it looks like." He said.
"Really? Because from where we're standing you was fucking this bird while I was in fucking hospital nearly fucking dead! And you where even with her as well!" I shouted.
"Look I'm not with her." He said.
"So ypou admit to having a fling with her?" Freddie said.
"Yes I do admit too that, but I love.." He started but I stopped him by banging my hand on the table and got right in his face.
"Don't you fucking dare say you love mum! If you fucking loved her then you wouldn't off fucked that slapper! You would be with her supporting her like a fucking man. But instead you ran off and fucked away you problems like a wet leaf." I growled.
"You don't know what we had to go through, what I went through. Finding Eric nearly fucking dead from an overdose on drugs. Then you playing them stupid suicide games and you nearly cutting your arm off. It has been hell and moving hell has been hell, your not going to school all three off you picking fights, you bring that boy here all the fucking time, I don't see what he sees in you because all I fucking see is pathetic excuse off a son." He said.
I punched him hard in the face.
"They where not stupid games. They where fucking serious. I nearly fucking died and you never gave a fucking shit! So your gonna be blaming me now? I wasn't the fucking one who decided to go and fuck another woman. I am not the one who is breaking this family apart! It's you it is all you!" I shouted.
Someone grabbed hold off my arm and pulled me back.
"It's okay, I've got you." Freddie said quietly and pulled into his side.
I refused too cry, it can wait until we had finished.

An hour later we had finished.
"We want you out of this house. Come back when you are man enough to accept what you have done and talk to mum." Eric said.
Dads face was beaten up a bit since all three of us had a go at punching him.
"Where am I meant to go?" He asked.
"Dunno, because we don't care." I said and walked out the room and went too my room.

A few minutes later Eric was shouting and the front door slamming shut.
I heard someone walk up the stairs and walk into my room.
They came and sat next too me and pulled me too their side.
"Do you think he's going to come back?" I asked.
"I don't know Lex, I really don't." Freddie said quietly.
Eric came up and sat on the bed and rested head on my shoulder.
"I'm proud of you two." He said quietly.
"We're proud of you too." Freddie said.
I moved away from Fred and Eric moved his head.
"Can you stay?" I said quietly and looked down
"Your getting urges?" Eric asked and I could tell he was looking at Fred.
I nodded.
"Course we will. Go get your pajamas on and we'll watch a DVD in bed until we fall asleep" Fred said and I nodded.

We all bailed off the bed and put our pajamas on and Eric came back with his duvet and Freddie came back with his pillows.
We all pilled back onto the bed with me in the middle like when we was younger and Eric on the edge and Fred by the wall.
We put a DVD on and we sat in silence and watched it.
Fred was the first one too fall asleep. He had his fingers so they was just touching my back.
I was cuddled into Eric's chest like normal and was slowly falling asleep.
Eric was on the verge of dropping into a deep sleep but he always tried to make sure I was asleep before did but this time it wasn't working and he was gone.
Not long after I was fast asleep.
