Toxic valentine

Jacks POV

Alex was sleeping on my shoulder softly snoring.
I was thinking about what he and his grandmother where fighting about.
Clearly there's loads of tension in his family.
Which was strange because even though I dont see my parents very much we do get along. I thought Royals where the stronger families out of us lot.
I guess not.
"Stop thinking. You thoughts are driving me crazy." He muttered and rolled over.
"I'm sorry." I said quietly.
He rolled back over and looked at me.
"It's fine. I can normally shut it all out but I can't seem to get you out my head for some reason." He said.
I looked down.
"You don't have to look down." He whispered and moved closer to me.
"Its a habit." I said quietly.
Alex didn't reply so I guessed he had fallen asleep again.

I was woken up by someone walking into th room.
"Sorry I didn't mean to wake you but Alec's parents are on the phone and he needs to speak to them right away." Vlad said looking down.
"Okay I'll wake him up for you." I yawned.
Vlad smiled and walked out the room.
"Alex you have to wake up." I said and started to mess with his hair.
"Really?" He asked and looked at me.
"Yeah, sadly." I said.
Alex moved so he was sat on me.
He studied me for a few seconds then smiled and kissed me and got of me and went downstairs to see what his parents wanted.
Vlad came into the room after Alex disappeared.

"You know, this is the first time I've ever seen him truly happy." Vlad said his accent really hard to understand.
I looked at him.
"Sorry I didn't mean to intrude." He said looking down.
"It's fine. I'm sure if Alex was here he wouldn't like it but its me. Just simple boring me." I said looking down.
"Alec is a very nice person, but no one sees that because of who he is. I'm sure your not that boring. I mean Alec seems to really like you compared to all the others he's brought back here." Vlad said.
I looked at him.
"I've spoken too much anyway. But he's happy when your here. I maybe a human but I know when a Dom has found his mate." he said getting up.
"How long have Alex been on his own like this?" I asked.
"Too long if you ask me but its the sacrifice his parents have made and Alec suffers from it." Vlad said and walked off.

I was bored and hungry and Alex hasn't returned yet so I went downstairs and went to the kitchen.
Alex was somewhere as I could hear him somewhere round the house.
I walked into the kitchen and was already lost.
"Fucking hell." I muttered to myself and looked round.
"Jack, why are you down here?" Vlad asked.
"Fucking hell!" I jumped and looked round.
"Sorry." He said and looked down.
"It's fine." I smiled.
"Sit down. I'll make you something and get you something to drink." He smiled.
"You don't have too." I said.
"Alec insisted." He said and Alex walked in the room.
"But.." I said.
"Jack just let him make your food and drink." Alex said sounding worn out.
"Is everything okay Alec?" Vlad asked.
"Why wouldn't it be Vlad. Can you bring my drink to the sitting room for me. If you wanna join Jack then you can but you don't have too." He said and walked out the room.

I looked at Vlad who was watching Alex walk off.
"You know I do worry about him." He said quietly.
"But I thought you just did the housework and everything." I said confused on what slaves actually do.
"I do, but I've pretty much raised Alec and his sister but then the accident happened and everyone changed. It always me and Alec here now." He said and made some food.
"I didn't know he had a sister." I said.
"Alec don't talk about her. But i speak out of term when i say this but she was a pretty girl. Dont get me wrong Alec is handsome but she had beauty to die for." He said and put the food in front of me.
"So what happened?" I asked eating my sandwich.
"I would like to live. " He chuckled and looked at me.
"We don't speak about what happened, but Alec may tell you. But he is funny when it comes to pouring his thoughts out. He always seem so lost in his head. It's a shame if you tell me because he very bright, he talented, he pretty much has everything going for him but no one is willing to let him prove himself." He said.
"Now I have to go otherwise Alec will get mad and when he's like that it's scary. So I'll be seeing you around Jack." He smiled and walked out with Alex's drink.
I was left thinking.

I finished my sandwich and went to the sitting where Alex was sat on the sofa looking miles away.
I went over and sat next to him.
He jumped and looked at me.
"Sorry." I said quietly.
"You have to stop saying sorry all the time, its not always your fault." He smiled and rested his head on my shoulder.
"I feel the need to say it though." I said.
He looked at me.
"Round me you don't have to. You have nothing to be sorry for." He said quietly and kissed me.
He pushed me back and led on top of me.
"Alec?" Vlad said as he walked into the room.
"Yeah." Alex and sat on me.
I started to trace my fingers up and down his sides which made him squirm on my lap.
I could see his eyes slowly turning red.
Think Vlad could too.
"I'll talk to you later as I can see your busy." He said and walked out the room.
He looked at me.
"Now what am I gonna do with you?" He whispered and bit my lip and pulled back a little.
I lifted my hips up.
He smiled and let go of my lip.
"Not down here. He's always watching unless I'm in my room." He said quietly and got of me and got hold of my hand and dragged me upstairs.
He said something in Russian and we got to his room and I shut the door where Alexc pinned me against it.

"What to do with you." He said and kissed my neck and his fangs pressed gently against my skin.
When a Dom bites you people say its better than sex.
I wouldn't know because if a Dom bites you it would normally be your mate and that makes you bonded for life and its each of your duty to look out for the other. No matter what.
But some Doms don't listen and make you bonded to them even if their not your mate.
"Not that." I said quietly.
Alex pulled back and looked at me.
"My mate will be the only one to bite me." I said.
"Jack you know.." He started but I put a finger on his lips to stop him.
"Yes, I know what you saw, but you said the future can change. Let me work it out. Let me get to know mystery in front of me. Let me fall in love. Once I've done that then you can bite me. Then I can be bonded to you but until then no fangs." I said quietly and kissed him.
"Okay. We'll do what my parents did when they was our age." He said.
"Which was?" I asked.
"We spend as much time with each other as we can. We learn about each other and we don't have sex. All in a month. If none of us feel a connection then we don't belong together but if we do feel a connection then we do belong together." He said.
"But that's where things get messed up a little." I said.
"How come?" Alex asked.
"That connection. I feel it anyway. More so when we have sex." I said.
"So do I but you want to get to know me and starting now you will do." He said and walked away from me.
"So no sex then?" I asked and walked over to the bed.
"No. Until the month is over." He said and sat next to me.
"What if I can't wait that long?" I asked and pushed him back and sat on him which was a brave move.
"Then we will both be fucked." He said quietly and rolled us over so he was now sat on me.
"How come?" I asked and put my hands on his hips.
"Because I don't think I can wait that long either." He said quietly and kissed me softly.
I chuckled and deepened the kiss.
