Alex’s POV

“Mom, I would like you to meet Jack, my boyfriend.” I spoke with a huge smile.

“Hello Jack, I’m Isobel. It’s so nice to meet you.” My Mom spoke.

“It’s so nice to meet you too, Alex has told me so much about you, you seem like a amazing person.” Jack spoke with a smile, to which my Mom happily returned.

“Alex, can I talk to you in the other room for a minute?”

“Sure, Mom!” I spoke as we both walked into the kitchen side-by-side. “What did you want to talk about?”

“I don’t want you to get hurt, Alex.”

“What do you mean?”

“With Jack, I don’t want him to go and hurt my babyboy.”

“Mom, Jack is a nice guy, he won’t hurt me.”

“Promise me that if he does do anything that makes you upset, you will come to me, and let me help you.”

“Of course, Mom!”

“Okay baby. Well, if you really like this guy, then I approve of him” She spoke with a smile.

“Thank you, Mom. That means a lot to me.” I said with a smile as I gave her a hug, to which she returned. We walked back into the living room, where we left Jack. I went over to Jack and he pulled me onto his lap and held me. He turned me around so I was facing him. “May I help you?” I asked with a smile.

“I think I’m falling in love with you.” He spoke softly. A huge smile appeared on my face when he finished his sentence.

“I think I’m falling in love with you, too, Jack.” I continued the safe tone he spoke in. A bright smile appeared on his face and he placed his soft lips on mine.

I woke up the next morning, I could feel a smile on my lips. That was the best dream I have had in years. I wish Jack really felt the way I feel, I really feel something strong for him, no matter how long I have known him, I think I might be falling in love with him. He’s perfect in everyway. Yes, we are two totally different people, but you know what they say, opposites attract. I felt an arm around my waist move off of me slowly, I felt movement on the bed, he was trying to be so careful to try and no wake me up. I turned around and locked my eyes with the boy who was about to stand up.

“Good morning.” I spoke softly.

“Shit, sorry I woke you up.” He spoke with a frown.

“You didn’t wake me up, I was already awake.”

“Oh, well, how about we go out into the living and hang out with Austin?” He asked.

“Sure.” I spoke as I nodded my head and got out of the bed at the same time as he did. We walked to the door, Jack walking in front of me, he suddening stopped moving. “And you stopped why?” I asked with a small laugh.

“Get on my back.” He spoke as he bent down a bit.”

“Why?”

“I’ll carry you out there.”

“You don’t have to do that.” I laughed.

“Shush, and get on my back.” He spoke with a chuckle. I did as he said and got on his back, he moved his hands so he was holding me up by my legs. He walked out of our room and down the hall and into the living room, where we saw Austin just walking in the front door.

“Oh, hey guys. I got us breakfast and coffee.” Austin spoke when he saw us.

“Thanks.” Jack and I said at the same time. I tried to get off Jack’s back but he wouldn’t let me.

“Can I get down now?” I asked with a giggle.

“Nope.” He said with a smile as he popped the ‘p’ sound. He brought me over to the couch and released my legs so I would fall onto the couch. He turned around and laughed at me, before bending down and placing a small kiss on my lips, to which I returned. He pulled away and smiled at me, placing another small kiss on my forehead before walking over to the table where Austin put the food. Austin grabbed his food and sat on the couch across from me.

“Sleep well?” He asked with a smile.

“Sure did! How about you?” I returned his smile.

“I slept pretty well.” He said still smiling, he smiles a lot, he’s a nice guy. Jack walked over to the couch with our coffee’s and bacon-egg sandwiches.

“Thanks, Jacky.” I said giving him a smile, as I took my stuff from him.

“No problem cutie.” He said with a smile as he sat next to me. I took a sip of my coffee and placed it on the table next to me, I then unwrapped my sandwich and moved so I was leaning into Jack’s side. He took his arm and put it around my shoulder, pulling me closer to his side, then placed a kiss on my head.

“You two are just so adorable.” Austin said with a chuckle, making me blush, and Jack laugh at me. “Anyways, Jack, you going to tell me about that phone call you had with Zack or not?”

“Do you want to know?” Jack asked him calmly.

“Sure do.”

“Well I’ll tell you right now then. So, as you know, Zack is dating Steph, and we believe he is madly in love with her. But, turns out he’s not.” Jack spoke.

“What do you mean?” Austin asked confused.

“Zack told me he is in love with me.” Jack continued.

“What are you going to do about it?” Austin asked, still sounding confused.

“Nothing. There is nothing I can do to help Zack’s feelings. I’m not in love with him, I’m in love with, Alex.” Jack spoke, but quickly covered his mouth. I watched as Austin’s frown turned into a huge smirk.

“Well well well, I knew that would come out sooner or later. Enjoy your little talk boys.” Austin said as he took his coffee and sandwich as he left the room. I moved from Jack’s side and looked at him.

“Alex-” Jack started, but I cut him off, with my lips onto his. I could tell he was taken aback by this, but he soon kissed back. Yes, we just started dating, but I believe in love at first sight, and that’s what I felt with Jack. It may be too soon, I don’t care, I’m going to take a risk for once in my life. I pulled away from the kiss and looked into his eyes.

“I love you, too, Jack.” I spoke softly. Jack smiled his huge adorable smile and placed his lips onto mine again.
