What An "All Time Low" Really Means

Liam had really surprised us when he gave us those new lyrics. I had seriously expected a bit of a slow start. But Liam just jumped right in and wrote an intro and chorus for an entire song!
-----Two Weeks Later----
"Yo Rian," Alex yelled, "hand me a Pepsi!"
We were at Alex's house for a bit of time together. We already had the rest of the song and we just needed the name of the song.
"I've got it!" Liam calls out.
"You've got what?" Zack asked.
"The name of the song!" Liam says.
"Well what is it?" Rian asked hurriedly.
"The Irony Of Choking On A Lifesaver," Liam said.
"Well that's awesome," I said.
I was really glad that Liam had gotten into the band. Not only was he talented but he was also funny, nice, and a really amazing person. Now we had a new song. Once we got noticed we could put it into an album.
"Who wants to play "Truth or Dare?" Alex calls out.
Rian responded with a very well thought out response of, "GAY! What are you, like four?"
But Alex came back with, "Four at heart."
"Well then let's play," Liam said.
"I'll start," I said, "Liam, Truth or Dare?"
"Dare."
I had to think for a moment.
"I dare you..."
