1 year later~ 2 weeks before Christmas.






Alexander stood inbetween me and Jack, holding our hands as we swung him inbetween us. He giggled happily. “Daddy, Is this my mom?” He nodded his head towards Jack, and I laughed, while he gave me a playful evil look. “Yes Alex. Totally your mom.” Alexander smiled, and let go of my hand. He hugged Jack’s legs smiling up at him. The look on Jack’s face gave me butterflies as Alexander said, “You’re the best mommy ever. My other mommy was a terrible mom. I love you mom!” Jack picked him up, kissing his head.
“I plan on being the best mom ever. But I’m warning you kiddo. I can’t cook.” He ruffled his hair. I laughed at his statement. “I bet daddy can cook though!” I raised my eyebrow at him. “So, we going to order pizza tonight?” Jack laughed. “We so need to learn to cook for him. And we need to teach yo uhow to play guitar little man!” Alexander squealed. “Can I get one!?” I nodded at the boy. “We totally will get you one. Then we’ll teach you okay?” He nodded so excitedly.

We had Alexander homeschooled because of our constant touring, and lack of a baby sitter. I would leave him with Holly, but that would be a terrible idea. I’d rather have Holly on the bus with me anyway. She’s my only source of girl talk.
I unlocked the front door, and Jack carried Alexander into the house. We had two weeks until Christmas, and me and Jack promised ourselves we’d make this Christmas the best we can make it for our son. I smiled at the though. Our son. Me and Jack were starting a faimly. Our wedding is in a few months, Alexander is the ring boy, and Jack’s sisters baby girl is the flower girl. I decided on wearing a white tux, I have no idea what Jack has thought about. Knowing him, it would be something amazing anyway.

“Jack, call for pizza or something, I’ll put on a mivie for Alex.”
I yelled, walking to the telivision. Jack got him hooked on the home alone series, so I put Home Alone in the dvd player, and pressed play. As soon as little Alex heard the starting of the movie he ran over to sit on the couch, eyes glued to the t.v.
I’ve gotten so attached to this boy, it’s not even funny. Jack has to. We wouldn’t know where we’d be if we didn’t set that court date.
Jack sat by our son after he got off the phone. “Pizza will be here in 30 minutes.” His eyes never left the screen.
I chuckled to myself. The main reason I picked this movie is, when they watch it together, I can’t help but find it so cute. They have alot in common actually.


A little into the movie, the doorbell rang. I got up to answer it, knowing it’d be the pizza guy. I gave him the money, bringing the pizza to the living room. The way those two boys eat pizza is so barbaric. I laughed at them both. “You guys are so messy.” Jack nodded his head, mouth full. “Am not!” Then he dropped sauce on his shirt. “...Okay maybe a little.” I laughed again, taking a bit our of my pizza. These boys were my everything.
