Alex's POV

What Jack was hiding wasn't good.
"Jack we need to go." I said looking at him hoping he would get the message. He nodded.
"We'll see you soon." I said to Hannah and Oli.
They looked really shock about the change of emotion between me and Jack.
With that Jack got up and we made our way ton the door and started to walk back home.
" What the actual hell Jack." I said walking off in front of him.

We got indoors and I went to the kitchen and got myself a drink.
Jack came into the kitchen.
"Alex I can explain." He said looking at me.
"Then explain Jack, what was that I saw in your head, why is it dark?, what is happening to the creatures?" I questioned, I was really confused about this.
"I can only say small things about it Alex, if you dig deeper in my head you'll find some more answers from what I'm about to say." Jack said quietly.
" Tell me Jack you can trust me." I said putting my hand over his.
He looked up and smiled.

" Its dark because what's going to happen is dark. Creatures are at a all time low, there are more demons than creatures. This happened before about 300 years ago I don't know how the creatures got up in numbers, but there was some humans which helped us, in that time people where crazy and would kill anyone who believed in supernatural beings, but they knew about us and helped us defend the Demons. This time round there are hardly any humans. I mean your the only human which knows about Creatures within the state. Creatures are only looking out for creatures when creatures are meant to be looking out for humans. I don't know what's happening. Yeah there's more vampires and werewolf and human looking creatures but that's not enough we need humans to be like what you are Alex. Not Shadow-Kiss if that's what your thinking, but human which are willing to help creatures, who are willing to kill the Demons, who are willing to bond with creatures, but its not happening this time I don't know why. I mean yeah you have the element users but their not enough, Spirit has always been rare, but a long time ago there was more of us than there is now. Everyone relied on Spirit users to help them, everything is out of order now because Spirit is not here to help other creatures." Jack rambled and walking round the room, stratching his arms.

"Jack breath, have a break." I said and got up and went over to him.
I pulled his arms away from each other and put them on his side and looked at him.
"You're rambling Jack, remember your talking to a human, I can't keep up with you." I said with a small smile.
"Sorry, I ramble when I need to get a point across and explaining things." Jack said looking confused a little.
"Jack, what so you mean this happened 300 years ago. How old actually are you?" I asked.
"I'm 500 years old Alex." He said and turned his back to me.
I was shocked. I knew he was a vampire and I knew he had a few years on him but not 500 years.
"Wow, that explains a lot." I simply said.
"Really?" He looked round shocked at me.
"Yeah, I mean the way you look at certain things like cars your petrified of them." I could help but chuckle.
" Yeah their a scary bit of technology. A long with the toaster and shit like that." He smiled and chuckle.

"Jack, what's going to happen?" I asked walking over to get my drink.
"I don't know, it something bad is going to happen." Jack said looking sad.
