Sacrifice

Alex's POV

How could he!
Out of everyone he thought I was crazy!
Im not crazy!!

I was walking to the park to try and clear my head.
Thats when I saw the figure again.
"What do you want?" I said.
People walking past me was looking at me like I'm crazy.
The figure just stood there.
"WHAT THE FUCKING HELL DO YOU WANT!?" I shouted.
The figure just stood there and looked at me.
I went up to the figure but it moved back away from me.
I stood there and looked at it.
"leave me alone!" I said to the figure.
The figure pointed at me.
"WHAT? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU POINTING AT!?" I shouted at the figure.
With that the figure disappeared.
People where still looking at me like I was crazy.
"THE FUCK YOU ALL LOOKING AT!?"I shouted at everyone walking past me.

I decided I had enough of walking so I went home.
I went into Jacks head to see if he was home.
He wasn't home, he was at Oli and Hannah's.
So I slowly made my way to their house.


Jacks POV

Alex stormed out the house.
"Fuck sake why now." I groaned and pulled my hair a little.
The Spirit was starting to get bad again and Alex going off on a temper tantrum is not helping.
There was only one person who could answer whats happening to Alex.

I slowly walked up to Hannah's and Oli's house.
I knocked on the door and waited for one of them to answer the door.
Oli was the one to answer the door.
"Jack? Where's Alex? Why you here?" He questioned.
"Can I just come in Oli?" I snapped.
Oli looked at me with shock and moved put the way so I could go in. I normally don't snap at people I only snap when the Spirit was pushing me.
"Jack what's the matter?" Hannah said coming out of the kitchen and came into the sitting room.
"Alex is seeing things, I don't know what to do about it." I said going out the kitchen and pouring myself out some whiskey.
" What do you mean?" Hannah said walking into the kitchen looking at me with concern.
"I don't know, I DONT FUCKING KNOW!" I shouted at the end of it and smashed my glass on the counter.
Hannah jumped and looked shocked at me.
"Jack calm down, remember its the Spirit that's making you like this." Hannah said quietly trying to compelled me.
"CALM DOWN!! HOW THE FUCK CAN I CALM DOWN HANNAH!! AND DONT YOU FUCKING DARE TRY AND COMPELL ME!!" I shouted at Hannah getting up to her face.
I felt a hand on my shoulder, I knew it wasn't Alex.
"Back away now Jack, otherwise shit going down." Oli growled behind me.
I turned round and faced Oli.
"Bring it." I challenged looking Oli dead in the eye.

Fire was on Oli hand quicker than anything.
I made Oli throw the fire towards the door which led to the garden.
"Boys stop it!" Hannah said loudly.
There was a knock at the door.
"Don't you even fucking think about doing anything while I answer the door!" Hannah growled.
She left the room.
"You know well enough that I'm stronger than you, but you still put up and BLOODY FIGHT!" I said quietly but shouted at the rest of it, still staring at Oli dead in the eye.

"Jack stop it now!" I heard Alex walk into the room.
But I couldnt stop.
Alex walked round in front off me and blocked my view off Oli.
"Stop, now Jack." Alex said looking deep into my eye.
I suddenly I felt all the negative thoughts go away.
I looked up at Alex where he just blinked and looked at me.
"Better?" He asked.
I just nodded.
"Come on, you need to sit down." Alex said getting hold of my hand and taking me to the sitting room.
"What happened Jack?" Alex said looking at me.
"I dont know." I said looking at the floor.
"Okay. Do you want a drink?" Alex said not pushing me, which made a change.
I nodded and he left the room and left me with my thoughts.

What just happened?
I've never shouted at Hannah, Oli yes but not Hannah.
I've never challenged Oli before, i never challenge anyone but Alex.
Ive never used Spirit on anyone who is my friend.

Alex came back into the room and gave me a cup of tea.
I couldn't help but smile.
"Tea always makes thing a little a bit better." Alex smiled a little.
"Tea is better in England than here." Alex said.
"You and your tea." I muttered taking a slip of tea.
"You like it really." Alex said nudging me a little.
I couldn't help but smile.
Alex got up again and went to the kitchen, when he came back he had Oli and Hannah with him.
"Jack I think there something you have to say." Alex said quietly looking at me.
"Guys I really sorry, I didnt know what happened, I guess I just snapped with everything which is happening." I said still looking down at the floor.
I looked up they all looked really confused.
"What's been happening Jack?" Alex asked looking at me, I knew he was fishing around inside my head.
He looked at me with shock on his face.
Oli and Hannah looked at Alex.
"Alex what is it?" Hannah asked.
"You have to work it out, I'm not saying anything." He said looking at Hannah and Oli.
"Its not my place to say guys, I'm staying out of this. All I'm going to say is its something to do with the creatures." Alex said concern in his voice.
