Warped Tour
“Come on Jase! Stop acting like a wimp and actually help me move this stuff!” I yelled to Jason, seeing as I’m the only one who was lifting stuff while he was sitting down on the couch. “Do you not remember I said I was going to be out of here by Wednesday? Which is today?” I asked him.
“I thought you had it by yourself.” Jason huffed put before coming to help me get some more boxes.
“If that was he case I could’ve got Alex to help me.” I told Jase.
“So it’s only been about five hours and Nelex is already real?” Jase asked me.
I shrugged, “He’s nice and all. Plus he likes our band and he ships you and me, which is funny ‘cause he got so excited when I said you were helping me. And he’s good-looking which never killed anybody.” I told Jason.
“Well damn. Besides you only just met him, take things slow.” Jason told me and together we got the last of the boxes into our cars and took off towards my new living space.
Once we got there, I grabbed a box out of my car and walked up to the door with Jase close behind. I opened the door and walked into the living room to find Alex and three other guys sitting watching TV on the 52” screen. “Uh, hey guys?” I said, but it came out sounding like a question.
“Hey Nelly.” Alex said standing up and giving me a smile before turning to three guys. “Nelly this is the rest of the band. Jack Barakat,” he pointed to the man with the skunk hair and he smiled waving at me. “The guitarist. This is Rian Dawson,” he pointed to the man with the buzz-cut. “The drummer and this is Zack Merrick,” he pointed to the buff man sitting to Alex’s far right. “The bassist. And together we make All Time Low.”
I smiled at them and introduced myself. “I’m Nelly Jameson and I play guitar and sing. That’s Jason Sims and he plays the drums.” I said pointing to my best friend who came just before All Time Low’s introduction. “And we’re half of ‘My Tears of Pain.’” I tell them.
“I LOVE YOU GUYS!!” I heard Jack yell to us before wrapping me in a bone-crushing bear hug. I chuckled and so did Jason.
“Thanks, it means a lot to us.” I said while blushing and messing up my hair some.
“Yeah man, we appreciate your support.” I heard Jason say from behind me.
“Anyway we got to get these boxes in my room, so I’ll see you guys later?” I asked them. They nodded before turning back to the TV. Jason and me walked out getting more boxes before walking to my room.
“We’re helping.” Alex said before turning and walking away not giving me a chance to respond. I groaned, I wanted him to go about his busy so I wouldn’t think I was bothering him.
“Nells, you know our next tour is next week right?” Jason asked me as we walked the last of the boxes to my room. I nodded, and he finished talking. “Do you know how long this tour is?” I nodded, “Want to tell me?”
“It’s the summer. Warped Tour invited us again this year, remember?” I explained to him, he nodded and I saw the light bulb go off in his head.
“Oh yeah.” He said. I shook my head and laughed a little.
After we were done, Jason had to leave to go home to his fiancée and I was busy unpacking my boxes. My iPod was hooked up to its dock and I had my playlist playing for when I was doing something boring. Right now it was playing ‘Amelia’ by Tonight Alive. The song was the most beautiful song I’ve ever heard and that’s saying something.
“Hey Nells.” I heard from behind me. I turned around to see Alex standing at the doorway.
“Hey Lex.” I said back to him.
He laughed, “What’s your plan for this summer? It’s only a week away you know.” He asked me.
I shrugged, “We got invited to Warped Tour so we’re going to be there the whole time. I’m supposed to be doing some guest vocals on a couple of band’s songs. Why, you needed something?” I asked him.
He nodded, “If it won’t be a big deal I was wondering if you could sing the girl vocals on ‘Remembering Sunday?’” Alex asked me. I nodded I loved that song!
“Of course! I freaking love that song!” I told him. Alex laughed and smiled at me. His smile was so contagious that I had to smile back. His smile made my heart beat just a little bit faster and I suddenly felt light-headed, but quickly shook it off.
“Thanks so much Nells. I owe you one!” Alex said giving me a hug, after a moment of shock I hugged him back. His arms were wrapped around my waist giving me a sense of comfort and safety, while mine’s were wrapped around his neck and I dug my head into his neck. I was so close to him I could smell his cologne, and damn was it heavenly. We let each other go and he left out the room and I went back to unpacking thinking about Alex.

I wrote a little fluff in this chapter and decided to add some thoughts up in the mix! I was thinking maybe next chapter could be in Alex's POV? Comment and let me know what you think. And who heard 'Free Now' by SWS? I have and its amazing!Chapter 3 Fact: I was having a hard time making this chapter like-able by my standards, 'cause personally I think it sucks :/ Anyway the fluff in this chapter basically came from my friends who are always being fluff-alicious and I decided to base Alex and Nelly off of them. :)
