In The Car I Just Can't Wait, To Pick You Up On Our Very First Date
Jack's POV
"We haven't gone on a date in years," Alex sighed, thinking aloud I suppose. He was sitting on my lap as we watched Supernatural together and sharing occasional kisses when we got bored. "You're right," I replied, thinking of the last time I saw Alex. We went to the arcade and went shopping and had dinner together and had just an all-around great night. I missed those nights where Alex and I would go out together and just have a ton of fun. Alex stood from the couch and kneeled down in front of me, holding my hands in his and putting on a "nervous awkward teenager" act. "Jack, will...will you go on a date with me?" he tried to hide his face under his hair but ended up just laughing. "Of course," I said, standing and pulling him up with me and leaning in for a quick kiss before going to the door.
"Pick me up at my hotel at 9," I said, leaving the apartment and heading back to the hotel in my car. After getting to my room, I dug through my suitcase in search of something nice to wear for Alex. Finally, I found a black button-up shirt at the bottom of the pile and a pair of dark skinny jeans to go with it before taking a shower (not going to bore you with the details) and putting my clothes on. As I was drying my hair and styling it into my messy-but-not-too-messy-kind-of-sex-hair look that I had adopted a few years ago, I started to think about when Alex and I were still teenagers.
"Hey Jack?" he asked me. "Yes?" I said, looking back down at him as our walking pace slowed down. "Do you...uhm...maybe want to, like..." there was a long pause as Alex tried to collect his words and spit them out. "hang out tonight? Like you could come over my house or we could go out or whatever..I don't care." I smiled to myself. Alex wanted to hang out? Really? SAY YES, IDIOT!
"Sure," I tried to reply calmly. "I would love to." "Awesome!" Alex's face lit up, and we quickened our pace to history when we heard the bell ring. "I'll text you my address and you can come over tonight, we'll have a fun Friday night." We smiled at each other as we took our seats together at the back of the classroom.

"Alex..." I began. "I don't want to be a daydream away from you." His face fell for a second, he looked confused. "I want to be with you."
He smiled, and I kissed him.

Alex's POV
I left my house at 8:30 to pick up Jack, nerves making me shake a little bit. Why was I so nervous about this? I had been on dozens of dates with Jack before. I started to think of memories with Jack as I drove through Downtown Baltimore, looking at all of the places Jack and I used to hang out. I finally got the hotel, and as I was walking to the elevator to get to Jack’s room, I started to think about all different memories I’ve had with him.
Jack blindfolded me and lead me down the twisting streets of suburban Towson, Maryland. Eventually, he took the blindfold off, revealing a lake that shimmered in the moonlight. I looked up at the stars. They were incredible looking tonight. Down by the water, a telescope was set up next to a laptop in the sand. "You used to be so fascinated by the stars," he told me, "I figured you would enjoy this." I smiled up at him. "This is incredible, Jack. Thank you."

Jack snuck into my house and into the basement so stealthily I didn't even hear him come into the house above me. My room was so dark that suddenly I felt a pair of lanky arms wrapped around my waist. Jack kissed the underside of my jaw softly, "what's wrong, baby?" he continued to ask as he pulled me close and continued to kiss my neck. "N-nothing anymore..." my breath hitched as Jack's lips connected with the spot right behind my right ear. Jack told me I had planned on getting a tattoo there someday.
I pulled Jack on top of me so that he was straddling me as he continued to nip at various spots on my neck, making me quietly squirm under me. Well, quietly until he had stretched himself on top of me, his hips rolling into mine. I let out a soft moan, and Jack smiled against my collarbones which he was effectively leaving a mark on. "I promise, any time you're upset, give me a call and I can make you feel better." he whispered in my ear.

I finally reached Jack’s room, nervous and excited for the night to come. I knocked on the door lightly, and was almost immediately greeted by a very attractive-looking Jack Barakat. I had forgotten just how well he cleans up when we were having a date night or he just generally felt like looking nice. I was speechless for a moment, and Jack just giggled. Goddammit, that freaking giggle.
I pulled myself out of my trance of thinking about Jack to gently hold his hand and pull him from the hotel room. “Do you like my stupid hair?” I asked, smiling. Jack nodded. “Would you guess that I didn’t know what to wear?” he asked in return, causing us both to laugh at our stupid Blink-182 reference. We climbed into my car, about to take a trip back into our teenage years.
