Everybody Wants To Go To Heaven, But Nobody Wants To Die
Darkness
“Hello Jack, I’m here again. How are you feeling, can you feel your legs?” Sam bent down to my level.
I nodded again.
“Ok- Jack, Jack, try and stay awake, try not to fall asleep, come on.”
I smiled, he was comforting.
“How old are you Jack?” He asked quickly, trying to keep me awake.
“Eight-teen...” I coughed.
“Ah, so you’re a senior.” He chuckled. “Jack, would you like us to call anyone, a family member? A friend?”
The question swirled around in my head but I just couldn’t take it in. There was no one that could help. There was no one at home, my Mom won’t care.
“Jack?”
I shook my head. I just wanted to close my eyes.
“Ok, Jack.” He smiled sympathetically. "What's your friend called?" He asked quietly.
"A-Alex, Alex G-Gaskarth." He nodded. “W-what’s going on? What’s happened?”
“There’s been an accident.” He responded.
I nodded again.
