2 Days Later

I woke up before anyone else; I quietly climbed out of Matt’s bunk, quickly changed into shorts and a t-shirt and made my way to the front of the bus.

I grabbed my mac and booted it up, I browsed through my social sites and I realised that I’d gained more followers on twitter and my instagram, then I had a thought. I put my mac to sleep and quietly grabbed my slr from my bunk.

We’d landed in Florida last night, and the guys had 2 days off here. It only turned 9am, so I decided it to increase my photography collection. I shoved my iphone into my pocket and headed out. I didn’t know where I was going but I didn’t take.

I’d sat on the bench in a park near the bus; I smiled to myself as I clicked through the shots I’d just taken. This gave me time to think, Matt and myself were now official and I was contemplating telling Alex. I didn’t know how he’d take it, it go one of two way he’d be happy for us or he’d never speak to me again.

I just sighed to myself and began to mess with my hair. But then I began to look at it, and I decided immediately that I needed a colour change, my red was fading badly and my blonde was beginning to show. I looked around and seen a drug store and thought I’d go in and get something.

I sat crossed legged on the couch of the bus, mindless eating cereal and watching greys anatomy on mac that was on the table infront of me.

“Hey …Ge” Alex said but it seemed he got side tracked
“Sup Bro” I smiled as I sallow my cereal
“Gem, what you doing?” he asked
“Eating cereal, watching Grey’s. You should know this by now” I chuckled, stuffing my mouth with another spoon of cereal
“But” he point to his hair
“Oh this, changing colours again” I shrugged

I paused the video, got up and placed the bowl on the counter. I had forgotten that my hair was wrapping in a bun on the top of my head.

“Well, love to stay and chat but I’ve gotta go wash this out” I grinned skipping past him
“I’ve woken up to stranger things on this bus,” he laughed
“Don’t wanna know”

I continued to skip on my way to the shower, stripped down to my birthday suit and jumping in. As I washed the dye out of my hair, I heard banging on the door.

“OCCUPIED” I shouted
“BITCH!” I think I was Jack’s voice I heard,

As I stood there, washing myself my mind drifted. I still had the guilt on me about sleeping with Jack, I felt like I’d cheated on Matt but technically I didn’t but still get rid of the feeling I was having.

I threw on my t-shirt and shorts from this morning when I got out of the shower, with a towel wrapped around my hair. I checked to see if everyone was awake before even attempting to dry my hair.

“Morning Gem” Cassadee beamed as she appeared from the front
“Hey Cass” I smiled as I rummaged around my bunk for my hair drier
“So plans for today Cass?” I asked
“Amm, well me and Rian are gonna met with my mom and Ashley”
“Oh yeah, we aren’t far from your mom” I smiled
“So we’ll be gone most of the day,” she sighed
“Cass, I know we said we’d spent time together when you’re here, but you haven’t see your mom and sister in months and well it’s the same with Rian. Go enjoy yourself, there’s always tomorrow” I smiled warmly at her and hugged her tight
“Thanks Gemma” she said before heading back up to everyone else.

I unwrapped my hair from the towel and continued to dry my hair, my smile grew as I seen the colour showing more and more. I sang to myself, until I felt someone hug me from behind and I knew exactly who it was.

“Hey you” I grinned, turning off the hair drier
“Alex said you where changing your hair colour” Matt said, I could feel him grinning on my ear
“Yep, you like”
“Love it”

I turned my head slightly to kiss him and inside was grinning like crazy.

“Purple looks great on you”
“Oh I have something planned for us today” I could feel him grinning on my ear
“And what would that be?” I asked
“You’ll see when we get to the hotel”

He gently kissed my cheek before getting up from the floor.

“I’ll leave you to finish getting ready, we should be there in about 20” he grinned

I just nodded and continued to dry my hair. I grabbed my iPhone before heading up the front longue to re-join everyone.

“Purple?” Cass beamed
“Yes” I laughed as I grabbed a mug to get some coffee
“Well I like it sis” Alex chuckled as he lightly messed my hair

I poured my coffee and took a free seat beside Jack; he slightly turned and shot me a smile.

We really hadn’t spoken we were like too ships passing in the night. And this was starting to annoy me, he was my best friend. He was my Cassadee when Cassadee isn’t around; I just hoped it would pass soon.

We just pulled up to the hotel; I decided to just bring what I needed from the bus. Once again Alex had swayed it that I was given a room to myself, which was fine with me. The boys where planning to go out tonight, which would end up in Alex bringing some random girl home, so long story short Matt would end up in my bed tonight.

I threw my small overnight bag on the chair in the corner and sat on the edge of the bed. Then there was a quite knock on the door.

“Come In” I sang

Matt waltzed around the corner, and swiftly took a seat beside me. I snuggled into his chest and he gently hugged me.

“So” I grinned looking up at him
“You wanna know don’t you” he chuckled
“Well of course”
“Okay then, close your eyes”

I did as he asked, I felt him move slightly and he took my hands. I could feel him feel him place something soft in them.

“Okay, you can open them now”

I slowly cracked open my eyes to see one of Matt’s Mickey Mouse teddies.

“So your giving me Mickey?” I asked
“Nope” he chuckled
“Ammm, I don’t know what to think then” I laughed
“Check his glove” he grinned

I smiled to myself and I lift his right glove, inside was a business card with a picture of Ariel and Prince Eric locked in an embrace and underneath was the Disneyland logo.

“We’re going to Disneyland?” I beamed
“No” he paused

My smile faded until he spoke again

“I’m taking you to Disneyland. Like a first date”

I placed the mickey teddy on the bed beside me, and then I slowly rose and made my way over to Matt. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him close. I kissed him with more passion that I ever had before, I felt his hands slowly moving down my back and we were gently moving towards the bed.

We swiftly fell onto the bed, he deepened the kiss and my hands got lost in his hair. His hands moved from my back towards the bottom of my shirt, my hormones where starting to take over. We’d had moments like this but nothing with this intensity.

Then there was a knock on the door.

“Gem? Are you in there?” Alex’s voice came from the other side of the door

We stopped in our tracks, and Matt helped me up from the bed.

“Yeah I’m here, me and Matt were discussing business stuff,” I said

I fixed my shirt before sitting back down, just as I did Alex walked in with Jack in toe.

“Sup Sis” he grinned
“Flyzik” he then nodded

I rolled my eyes, but Jack stayed quiet. I knew that he knew what actually happened.

“So, we were wondering have we anything planned for today?” he childish grinned
“Why?” I half glared
“Oh nothing” Jack mimicked Alex’s grin
“It beginnings with “D” and ends in “rinking”” Matt laughed
“Alex why do you need my permission to go drinking?” I shot him a strange look and he just stuck his tongue out at me
“He’s not asking, this is his way of informing you” Matt chuckled, I heard Jack chuck also
“Alex why didn’t you just say that” I said slapping him in the back of the head, he rubbed it sorely

“Okay whatever, well we are letting you know. Unless you two aren’t busy with manager stuff to join us?” Alex asked

I looked at Matt and smiled.

“Yeah, Matt’s going to take me to Disneyland” I giggled
“Oh really?” Alex asked with a frown
“Yeah, but Alex you know I’ve always wanted to go so no-one better than Matt to take me” I grinned
“Fine, you two have stuff. While myself and Jack get drunk,” he said as his arm draped over Jack.

The two of them walked out like that.

“Have fun you alcoholics!” I shouted at them

As soon as the door closed Matt grabbed my arm and pulled me close. His wrapped his arms around my waist bringing me closer.

“You ready for the happiest place on earth”

We walked around Disneyland for hours actually until the park closed. We went on every ride; we did everything that was physical possible.

I jumped onto the bed that lay infront of me, kicking off my shoes in the process. I grabbed the remote for the t.v, turned it on and landed on Scrubs. Matt crawled into the bed beside me, I gently lay my head on his chest as he wrapped his free arm around me.

“Today was beyond amazing” I grinned to myself
“Well that’s one down two to go,” he laughed
“Matt, there is no way I’ll ever see Paris or Tokyo” I sighed
“Well if you were offered a more permanent position as assistant tour manger maybe” he smiled, and that smile made me melt
“Yeah right, I still have another year to do with college”
“Well, who’s know” he shrugged
“You know something!”
“Gem, if I did I would tell you”

I felt him gently stroking my hair with his free hand, I slowly pulled my head up and he kissed my lips. It started sweet kisses but quickly escalated, I rolled myself to on top of him and began to kiss his neck but then moving back to his lips. I felt him starting to pull my top off, so I did the same with him. Quickly we were both down to our underwear, then he sat up leaving him to straddle him and there he unclasped my bra while firmly keeping his lips to mine.

He swiftly pushed me onto my back and from there we had nothing on and from here I knew what was coming next. I thought I’d have flashbacks from the night from Jack but there was nothing. I was happy and we both wanted this.

It felt like days, even thought it had been an hour or so. He was everything I wanted, gentle and passionate, I had to admit with all the sexual encounters I’d had, I’d never had sex like that.

I lay in his arms, twirling my hair with my finger as Matt had peaceful drifted off to sleep. This gave me time to think, I didn’t know how’d this would work keeping a professional relationship separated from a personal one, but the way we worked it wouldn’t matter. This gave me the strength I needed to tell Alex, and I knew I had to do it soon within the next week at least.

I was beginning to drift off into sleep myself when my phone buzzed on the table beside me, Matt didn’t stir so quietly got up grabbing the first piece of clothing I could find along with my phone and snuck into the bathroom. I looked at the screen and seen Jack’s name flashing.

“Jack?” I asked as I answered
“GemGem” he slurred making it clear he was drunk
“Yes, Jack”
“I just wanted to tell you, since Alex has vanished on me that I don’t regret our night together and neither should you. I know you and Matt are whatever but I miss my best friend who’s a girl,” he poured

I took a deep breath I didn’t know if this was true or just him being drunk.

“I miss you too Jacky, but can we talk about this when your sober”
“You know you’ll need to remind me of this conversation”
“Sure”

With that, the line went dead. I just shrugged to myself before heading back to bed, I tired my best to be as quite as possible, which was a fail. Matt cuddled up to me as soon as I climbed in.

“Who where you talking to?” he yawned
“Jack” I faintly grinned

He said nothing as he wrapped his arms around me.

“Jacks knows,” I blurted out

So hey guys, im SOOO SORRY!! about the lack of updates, just haven't been feeling right to write this last few weeks.

I know in the update last time, i said i was busy between work and seeing my boyfriend well one of them is done and well it's effected me writing about certain things.

Yep you guessed it :/ , boyfriend broke up with me over the phone after a year together. So writing about lovely dovey moment was hard but I got through it and hope you guys like it :)
