Hey, my family is going through the same thing, the sound of dishes are the worst noise because, that is when I know I'm going leave for the week, stay at some shitty hotel and cry every night and even break down in class.
I have been in a orphanage because of social services, now my brother and girlfriend are doing the same thing as my parents.
You won't end up like that, they had to track down my brother, who is living in New Castle and I have been staying up crying crying from their fighting. I've started self harming again from the constant fighting.
I felt like it was my fault for their fighting, but It's not. their unhappy, their trying not to mess you up with a divorce.
But Just remember Stay strong, and when their fighting plugg in your headphones and blasat your music.

Hey, hey, hey. I know exactly how you feel. Both my parents used to fight, throw and smash things all the time and I used to bawl my eyes out over it, and even now as divorced and remarried couples both my parents fight with their spouses and I know exactly how it feels to have to go through all their drama, to be stuck in the middle of their shit night after night. I know how it feels to have to leave in the middle of the night and come back every so often just to hang onto a string of hope my parents will get back together. This letter literally brought tears to my eyes because even though my parents divorced when I was young it still brought up old emotions and my parents even argue still. I hate you have to go through this because I had to go through it too, just know I'm here for you if you ever need anyone at all and you're not alone. <3 <3
