I listened to Jack's footsteps getting more and more quiet, as he slowly walked out of my life. Tears escaped from my eyelids slowly falling down my cheeks. I couldn't bare myself anymore I felt the sudden urge to scratch again, I took my hand upto my wrist pressing my nails in ready to rip my skin apart, that's until my phone went off.

"A-alex?" Tay stuttered.

I managed to force out, "We need t-to talk-k."

"Alex, I-I don't think I have long to live."

"What, WHAT?!" I screamed.

"My address is in your phone, please?" Her breathing hitched and sure enough her address was on my phone and I ran straight in the direction of her house. Bursting through the door I heard small whimpers upstairs, I headed in the direction only to find Tay lying on the tiled floor, wrists dripping with blood and covered in fresh cuts.

"Tay!" I rushed over to her side and held her, letting her tear stained face rest in the crook of my neck. "Right we're getting you to hospital!"

"No!" Tay screamed. I shot her a confused look and she sighed, "My m-mum keeps a first aid box, second draw on the left of the sink." She used her good arm to point in the direction and I opened the door and clicked open the box.

Once she was all cleaned up she pulled me to her bed and I held her in my arms.

"Tay... I'm sorry, but I think I'm falling for you." I heard her gasp and she turned around and placed her hand on my chest.

"Alex, I don't think you realise how relieving that is to hear. I'm falling for you to Lexy." She stared up into my eyes her perfect smile stretching from ear to ear.
