Carry Me Home Tonight

I woke up the next morning in pure agony. I was so sore from Alex’s assault on me last night. I couldn’t help but groan in pain. Even worse was that I couldn’t move a single muscle in my body without groaning.

“Kenzie,” Alex yawned as he woke up. I think my complaints woke him.

“Yeah,” I groaned as I laid still.

“How are you feeling,” he asked.

“Beyond sore,” I groaned.

“I’ll get you an ice bath to help you relax a little,” I felt Alex roll over and kiss my temple softly.

“Alex,” I whimpered, “Did you feel anything new?”

“I love you, Kenzie,” he replied, a smile in his voice. I smiled too before I groaned in pain.

“I’ll stay here in bed,” I told him, “You go get my bath ready.”

“I’ll be back,” Alex kissed my cheek before he left the room.

I laid still in our bed in pure pain. I was so sore that even breathing hurt. After what felt like a lifetime, Alex came back and I watched him go into our en suite bathroom with a huge bucket of ice. I heard him run the cold water into the tub as he added in the ice. Alex came back and knelt down in front of me.

“I’ll carry you to the tub, okay,” Alex said before he kissed me softly, “I’ve missed doing that.”

“I’ve missed your kisses,” I told him with tears in my eyes, “It’s been worth the wait.”

“Thank you,” he smiled as he picked me up carefully, “For believing in me. And for saving yourself for me. I am honored to be the one that got to be your first.”

“I couldn’t imagine anyone else being my first,” I told him, “The agony I’m in is worth it.”

Alex carried me to the bathroom, being careful not move me around too that I could feel the pain get worse. He laid me into the cold water and I hissed at the chill. I felt so cold in that water, but it was helping to relieve my pain.

“Do you want me to get you some pain killers,” he asked as he pulled up my hair for me.

“Please,” I replied, “You know you bit me a couple times last night.”

“Yeah I know,” he smirked as he got me some pain pills and a glass of water, “I can give you some blood to close them up, okay. I get really kinky when I have sex.”

“We made love last night,” I told him, feeling that was the right phrase, “We got you to feel love again. And we’re going to truly happy again.”

“And we’ll get to give Matt and Tess a run for their money,” Alex smirked and kissed me, “We’re going to be couple of the year for the rest of the tour. You won’t be having a one-way relationship with your boyfriend anymore.”

“Good,” I smiled and reached out for his hand, “I was getting tired of the lack of sex in the relationship.”

“Haha you’re funny,” Alex leaned over and kissed me again, “You are so lucky you’re in pain right now. I would be tickling you senseless right now.”

“I’m so scared of the vampire,” I mocked him, “He’s going to tickle me. Oh so scary.”

Alex and I laughed. I winced as I laughed, but I didn’t mind the pain. If I could see all of his true smile and hear his real laugh, it was worth it. I saw the light was back in his eyes. I had missed seeing the light when he looked at me and when he smiled.

“Alright I’ll try not to make you laugh anymore,” Alex sighed as we settled down, “You must be in agony right now.”

“You don’t know the half of it,” I told him.

After about twenty minutes in the tub, Alex got a towel ready and helped me out of the water. He wrapped me up in the towel and held me up in his arms. I was barely about to stand I was still in so much pain. I knew Alex was a little guilty about it, but it happens when you’re a virgin and you have sex for the first time.

“How are you feeling,” he asked as I shivered against him.

“I-I’m a little c-cold,” I replied, my teeth chattering a little.

“I’ll get you some clothes,” he replied as he lifted me up into his arms, “I’ll lay you down in the bed while I get you something to wear.”

Alex laid me down gently and went into my suitcase and grabbed me a tank top, bra with matching panties, and my black shorts. He came over and sat me up to get my bra and tank top on first. He then laid me back down and lifted my legs up to get my panties on, lifting my hips to get my panties all the way up.

Once I was dressed, I got up carefully. I nearly fell over, but Alex caught me. I clung to him, knowing I would fall flat on my face if he weren’t there. Alex led me out into the huge suite that connected our room with the rest of the band and crew. Alex saw Tessa and Matt at the kitchen island and led me that way. Alex pulled out a seat for me, and helped me up.

“Rough night,” Tessa asked with a wink.

“I feel like I was hit by a truck,” I groaned as I put my head down.

“Vampires can do that,” Matt chuckled lightly, “When I had sex with Tess for the first time, it was painful for me too. And I was already a vampire myself at the time.”

“It was the age,” Tessa giggled, “With age comes strength and knowledge on how to have fantastic sex.”

“Tess,” Alex groaned, “You know I didn’t have sex that much.”

“But when you had been living on human blood,” Tessa explained, “You used lust to hunt. Sex made it more believable to have bite marks. Given you were feeding on the prostitutes.”

“Tess,” Alex yelled at her, “Not in front of my girlfriend please!”

“Sorry,” I looked up and saw her eyes go wide, “You said girlfriend. You never addressed Kenzie like that until just now.”

I braced myself for her scream.

“YOU GOT THE LOVE BACK,” Tessa got up and crushed Alex in hug, “I am so happy for you!”

“Thanks Tessa,” Alex laughed as he returned her hug.

“The wait was worth it,” I smiled over at Alex.

We both knew that when the rest of the tour family got up, we’d be celebrating the news that Alex was back to normal again. I was so happy that I had Alex back. This Alex was my Alex. It feels like he never left now. I was so relieved to have him back.

Now I have to worry about what I asked Tay about. Alex and I didn’t use protection last night. So I had to be vigilant for any early signs of pregnancy. I needed to make sure Tay found out first so she can help me keep the baby. I knew all too well Alex would do everything to keep me safe and human.
