The clock turned to ten and Paige woke up to the sound of a crying baby. Obviously Isobel had woken Bella and Alex up for the final time, as she had tried a number of times from the moment they went to bed until now, but now, Paige knew that they would not be able to go back to bed. She giggled to herself as she heard grumbles and moans from upstairs. And a worried and frantic Zack run down the stairs.

"Oh, thank fuck! Where were you all night?! I kept waking up thinking you'd just popped to the toilet or something, but you obviously hadn't.. erm. Is there any reason you're cuddled up to Jack?" Zack stood there and gurned, with a twisted look on his face. "Seriously, why?"

"I needed someone to talk to and I didn't want to wake you. I'm sorry, baby." Paige soothed as she sat up straight and patted the spot on the sofa next to her. Zack sat down freely and looked at Jack sheepishly, who was still fast asleep but stirring.

"Urrrgh, Alex.. your daughter is awake." Bella grunted into Alex's chest as she continued to lay there.

"Bella, my daughter is your daughter, therefore.. go." Alex laughed as he pushed his chest up, making Bella slump down on to the bed. They both laughed as they turned over to face each other. "I really love you, Bella. And our screaming little shit of a child." Alex smiled faintly as he rubbed his eyes, focusing his line of vision on the beauty that was his fiancee. Bella rolled over and stood up from the bed, stretching up as Alex's baggy shirt hung from her figure. "Oh, for fuck sake." He grunted, rolled his eyes and threw his head back into the pillows.

"What's wrong, baby?" Bella turned round with a concerned frown upon her face, holding her hair in place as she had been fiddling with it. A smirk appeared when she realised what Alex was on about. "Oh, that's such a shame.." Bella teased as she stretched some more, revealing her bare flesh underneath Alex's shirt. She walked over to the cot where Isobel lay and watched Alex try and keep his hands busy as he stood up and made the bed. Bella chuckled quietly as she picked Isobel up, cooing and rocking her from side to side, smiling as Isobel laughed.

Alex walked over to the two of them. "You know, this is a really cute moment." He stood behind Bella and wrapped his arms around her, kissing her neck gently. "I love you."

"I love you too, Alex. And it was a cute moment until your.. member started prodding me in the.. bum." Bella tried to stop herself from using any form of swear word, determined not to be that type of parent. She looked at Alex and let herself sink in as he started to kiss her neck, and then towards her back.

"It probably wouldn't be that bad.." Alex carried on kissing. "I mean.."

"Alex. No." Bella shot Alex a warning glare and started to head for the bedroom door, baby Isobel in her arms. "I told you. No you-know-what until you-know-when." And with that, Bella opened the door and walked out, turning back to wink at Alex and bite her lip, watching him groan and fall into a strop as she walked off downstairs.

"DOES THIS MEAN I -"

"NO." Bella shouted loud enough for him to hear.

That was it. Alex would remain frustrated until Bella was able to engage in certain activities. He made his way to the bathroom, knowing everything he usually did in the morning was now about to become a whole lot more.. difficult.

"So why were you down here all night then?" Zack pondered as he played with Paige's hair. She knew he'd been wanting to ask it, just with how awkwardly silent everything had been since he came downstairs. She looked at Jack for an answer and he smiled lightly.

"I'll tell you later, sweetheart. It's nothing to worry about." She gave him the best smile she could force and he took it. Paige looked back at Jack who gave her a knowing wink. There was no way she could tell Zack just yet.

Bella was coming downstairs, and she knew that she would have to face her. But could she tell her?
