Jess's P.O.V
I was getting ready to go out with the guys tonight, and I was really looking forward to it.
"Jessica! Jack's here to pick you up!" Mum shouted. Wait, why was Jack coming to pick me up? We've never even spoken before.
"Be right down" I shouted back. Well, this should be fun.
I finished curling my hair and ran downstairs and straight into Jack who was standing at the bottom. I nearly fell and he put his arms around me to save me. It felt uncomfortable.
"Its's fine, I'm here" He said.
"Thanks, I'm fine, can we go now?" I said bluntly. I broke out of his grasp and let him lead me to his car.
It was a 15 minute drive to the club and conversation was strained. I was releived when we finally pulled up outside the club and the rest of the guys came over to greet us, I was pulled into a group hug, when I was released from that, I gave Zack a quick kiss. There was something I didn't like about Jack, But I couldn't put my finger on it.
"Hey Zack, get me a vodka redbull" I said. As I was still 18, the guys had to buy me my drinks.
"Sure" He said, and walked over to the bar, leaving me alone with Jack as Alex and Rian were on the dancefloor.
"I know you don't like me" Jack whispered in my ear whilst playing with my hair, I shifted away uncomfortably.
"I'll make you like me, soon enough." He chuckled and walked off. What did he mean by that? Moments later, Zack came back with our drinks.
"Thanks" I said, taking a sip.
"No problem, hey, where did Jack go?" He asked.
"I'm not too sure" I replied.
2 hours later.
We were stood in the parking lot, waiting for Jack.
"Hey, you guys need to see this" We heard him say in the distance. We followed him over to a hedge, he pulled back a few leaves to see a head detached from its body. I scream in shock, Jack puts his hand over my mouth, I quickly shake it off.
"His name was Tony" Jack said proudly.
"You did this?" I asked in shock.
"Of course" He smiled "I thought you'd like me if I did"
"Why the fuck would I like you after you do something like this, Jack?" I screamed in his face, trying to run away only to feel a pair of strong hands pull me back.
"We need to get out of here" Zack said calmly.
"WE?! I never signed up for any of this! Just let me fucking leave!" I sobbed.
"Sorry Jess, but you can't leave now, you're part of this 'family' there's no way out" Alex said, coldly.
"So you guys are cool with a band member killing someone?!" I asked, sarcastically.
"No, but what can we do? The damage is already done." Rian said.
"You're really sticking up for a murderer?" I asked, looking up at all their faces, none of which showed any emotion.
"He's family." Zack said. Before I could respond, I was being carried over to Zack's 15 passenger van. Rian got in the drivers seat and we set off.
My brothers best friend just murdered someone and the people I trust the most just basically kidnapped me. Isn't this great?
