Summary
Alex lives in the future where America is strongly controlled, to the point where people forcefully take pills everyday. Forced by the higher authorities these pills tell people how to feel, repress memories, and also repress the very thoughts of love and what makes them human. What happens when it all changes?

Characters
Alex Gaskarth
(Main Character) Alex has put up with all he can handle, taking rebellion a step further he is willing to receive punishment. Although he is not sure what he is fighting for, though he keeps going to find out who he should be.
Jack Barakat
(Main Character) Jack has never been one to question authority. Obeying every rule thrown at him Jack sees no reason to stop. Not even sure of his feelings, how will Jack react to losing control? What happens when Jack can only get courage from a bottle?
Vic Fuentes
(Appears a few times) Vic is one of Alex's best friends. He can be the voice of reason for Alex but doesn't always agree with Alex's ideas. Vic is Alex's rock but does not always say the right things when needed. Vic is there for Alex but will Alex be there for Vic?
