~Jack's POV~

Alex's alarm went off, signalling that it was time for us to get up for school. My face was buried in his hair, and I lay there, breathing in his sweet scent. My boyfriend turned over to face me, and groaned.

"Morning. Ugh, I don't want to get up."

"Me either Lex, but we need to see everyone, they all miss you!" I kissed his forehead.

"You're right. But I'm just sleepy. All that work last night has tired me out.." he smirked at me. "I loved it though. Thankyou for the best night ever, Jacky." He pressed his lips against mine, and we continued sharing an innocent kiss for the next few minutes. I pulled away, and replied to him.

"It was perfect for me too, you know." I couldn't keep a smile off of my face. I hesitantly pulled the covers off of me, and got up, starting to get dressed. Alex got up just after me, and about half an hour later, we were both ready to leave. He had made me his amazing pancakes, and I made him promise to make them at least 3 days a week. They were honestly amazing, I just couldn't get enough of them.

We both walked to school hand in hand, and ended up getting there a few minutes early. We sat down on one of the picnic tables just outside the school entrance, and watched the students wander past us. I could tell that Alex was really self conscious about his head; he didn't look up at people and tried to cover it with his fringe. I saw a few people staring, which pissed me off so much. Haven't they ever seen a cut on someone's head before?

Eventually, our group of friends arrived, and we all sat down together. They were all made up to see Alex well again, and it made me happy to see him happy. When me and Alex had been off, a new student had joined the school, and had became good friends with Jaime and Zack, so he joined the rest of us. He was called Alan. He had ginger hair and was quite short, about Vic's height. He was shy, but seemed nice enough.



Alex seemed to settle back into the school routine well, even though the name calling had started again. Like before, it didn't affect my relationship with Alex. We were born this way, what could we do about it? Alex seemed quieter than usual, but I don't know why. It was worrying me.

I was currently walking to the cafeteria with Zack, and he was filling me in on everything that I had missed. There was nothing much, just the same old Dulaney High.

"So, um, Jack?" Zack looked at me as we kept walking.

"Yeah?" I replied.

"Do you know who did all that shit to Alex?" He asked, his voice full of concern.

"No, I tried to bring it up with him just after it had happened, but he avoided it completely. I don't want to make him uncomfortable, so I haven't asked him since." I shrugged my shoulders. I wanted to know who did this, but it didn't want to pressure Alex into anything, he'd been through enough already.

"I think I might know who did it, Jack." Zack had stopped walking, and his expression was serious.

"Who? I swear to god, them fuckers won't know what hit them." I could feel the anger building up inside of me.

"I think it was Tyler." That was all Zack stared at me, a look of worry in his eyes.

"Fuck. H-" I was in the middle of my sentence when I felt a pair of arms wrap around me.

"Hey, babe." Alex spoke. "Hey Zack."

"Hi." I smiled And turned around to give him a quick kiss.

"Guys, get a room!" Zack laughed. "Come on, all the good food will be gone by the time we get to the cafeteria." He started walking again, and Alex and I followed. I don't know if Zack was right, but I had a weird feeling he was, and it made my stomach churn.

Hey guys sorry if it's crap but I'm sleeping at my friends house so I didn't have much time to write it. Also, there won't be an update tomorrow, I'm staying at another friends house so I don't think I'll have time sorry! :(
