It was a long time ago that you first crossed my way, my dear; such a long time ago, but my mind and my heart keep insisting that it was just yesterday, even if my conscience is aware that it is impossible to have been so.

The first time I saw you, I did not believe my eyes; you could never be true, as you were to good for that, with shiny, soft eyes that put gold to shame with their lively hazel color, and bright, smoothy auburn hair that the nymphs certainly envied. You were wearing a uniform, just as I was, which resulted in an impossibility for me to decode the outlines of your body; however, I could see by the way you carried yourself that your sinfully angelic body was a match to the sculpture of perfection that was your face, with skin gentle to the eye and appealing to the touch.

To this day, I cannot comprehend what you saw in me that brought the tiniest of smiles out of your thin, rosy lips; I was simply one among many, another sheep waiting to be gathered by a higher being that I could not defy - or so I believed.

Right from the start, I was able to tell that you would be the one to set free all of the emotions that I had whipped under my control over the course of years I had studied in that private school you had just entered. There was a bright twinkle in your eyes that lit a match hidden somewhere under my flesh, giving birth to the most powerful fire known to men - a fire no one could see or feel, but me.

It was only a matter of a month for me to realize that this strong fire was impossible to extinguish; not with all the water from the oceans and seas, nor by the bravest of firemen and rains. It was an eternal flame of the deepest of loves that anyone had ever spoken of; a love that no one knew of, but me.
