You Had Me At Hello

"Rebecca. May's here" Zack shouted to me from downstairs
"Coming" I called back, grabbing my bag(as I was staying at Jack's tonight), my dress, shoes, make-up, straighteners and curlers. I ran downstairs and ran to May's car. "See you later bro" I shouted and closed the car door behind me.
"Bye" Zack laughed and we drove away to May's house.

"Jack. You need to leave" May shouted as we all walked into the house
"Why?" He moaned and walked down the stairs
"Cause we need to get ready" May's friend, Eve, said. Jack sighed then seen me.
"Rebecca" he shouted and ran over to me, hugging me. "Need help getting ready?" He winked at me as he held my waist
"No thanks Jack, maybe another time" I winked back and pecked him on the lips. He pouted
"But" he started
"Jack. Can you go over to Alex's now?" May asked, interrupting him
"Can't I have a moment with m'lady?" He asked, holding me closer to his chest
"Have all the moments you need later, we need her help" May laughed, trying to pull us apart.
"Jacky, I gotta go" I said and he pouted.
"Wait till you see her dress" Eve added. Jack's face lit up.
"You gotta go too. Go to Gaskarth's and get ready" I said up to him. He pouted at me again. "Jack, just go get ready, please. I'll see you at the party" I told him, he leaned down and kissed me before leaving to go to Alex's.
"Well then" May winked at me
"What?" I smiled, innocently at her. The girls laughed and shook their heads before we walked up stairs to get ready.

After we had all got ready, we got a cab to the hall May's party was going to be in. "You're only seventeen, aren't you?" May asked me as we walked in to the hall. I nodded. "That sucks. Still, want something?" She nodded towards the bar
"Uhhh..sure. Can I get a Jack and coke please?" I smiled at her as she went to get drinks for all of us.

"Mom, dad. This is Rebecca. Jack's girlfriend" May introduced me to her and Jack's parents.
"Hi" I shyly said
"Hello sweetie. I'm Joyce and this is Bassam. You better not be calling us Mr and Mrs Barakat, we're simply Joyce and Bassam" Joyce said to me, pulling me into a hug. I laughed awkwardly before she released me and Bassam hugged me.
"How long have you and Jack known each other?" He asked me
"Around five years. I'm Zack's sister" I told them
"I see. Well, don't be a stranger" he said before going to talk to relatives.
"Bye Rebecca, sweetie. See you later" Joyce hugged me again before following her husband. I was left standing myself as May went to dance with Justin. I still had my Jack and coke in my hand as I stood near the door myself.
"Wow" I heard Josh say behind me. I turned round
"Sup Josh" I laughed and hugged him. "Where is everyone?" I asked him
"Parking the cars. I really have to pee" he said and ran off
"Bye" I shouted, laughing as he ran into the guy's bathroom. I was standing when I felt hands go round my waist. I turned my head to see Jack's head on my shoulder. "Yes, Jacko?" I laughed and fully turned round to him
"Someone looks pretty" he smiled.
"Its me, isn't it?" Gaskarth said and leaned against us
"Whatever helps you sleep at night sweetie" I pinched his cheeks and smiled. He laughed and walked away.
"Care to dance?" Jack asked me in a fake English accent. I curtseyed and nodded before walking onto the dance floor. We danced for a while, his hands on the small of my back, mine around his neck. "Rebecca?" He looked down at me
"Yes Jack?" I answered, looking up at him
"How did I get so lucky?" He smiled his amazing smile
"What?" I asked, confused
"I'm so lucky to have you" he looked right in my eyes as he said it
"Jack" I smiles at him. "I should be the one that's lucky to have you" I admitted
"That's where you're wrong. You're perfect in every single way Rebecca, inside and out. Rebecca, I love you" he whispered to me before leaning down and kissing me.
"I love you too" I whispered as we pulled away from the kiss. "I love you Jack" I had tears in my eyes. His eyes widened and his smile grew
"You do?" He asked me. I nodded and wiped my eyes.
"You do?" I asked him and he nodded. He picked me up and spun me round before putting me down.
"You want a drink?" He said, I nodded and he walked towards the bar. I noticed May standing with Rian and Kevin.
"May. May. May. May" I skipped over to her
"Someone's happy" Kevin laughed
"Can I steal May for a second please, guys?" I asked them and they nodded. "Jack told me he loved me" I smiled at her
"He what?" She almost screamed. I nodded. "Oh my god! Get back to him Rebecca!" she hugged me and pushed me towards Jack.
"Hi" I smiled as Jack walked towards me
"Evening" he joked and handed me my drink. I took a sip, Jack and coke
"How did you get served may I ask?" I joked to him
"I look older, don't you think?" He laughed.
"I'm so glad I came to Baltimore" I smiled
"Me too. I wouldn't be able to do this" he said before putting his glass down, taking mine off me and putting it beside his and wrapping his arms around me. I smiled and leaned against him. Yup, very glad I came to Baltimore.

*Next morning*

I woke up at around midday in Jack's bed. I started to stretch and then realised I couldn't feel any clothes on me. I looked behind me to see Jack, a naked Jack. I remembered last night, he told me he loved me and when we got back to his we had sex. I turned round and kissed his nose to wake him up. "Jack. I'm hungry" I whined.
"Good morning to you too" he kissed my nose too. "You want food then, I take it?" He asked me and I nodded. "Lets go get food then" he laughed. I sat up and looked around the floor to find something to cover myself with. I found my underwear which I slipped on then shoved one of Jack's Raven's jerseys over me. I stood up and turned round to Jack who was still lying in bed.
"You not getting up then?" I asked him
"In a minute" he smiled at me
"Why a minute?" I asked him again
"I'm admiring the view" he kept smiling at me.
"But I'm hungry" I jumped back onto his bed
"Fine" he sighed and got up to find boxers and shorts.

"Morning guys" May smiles at us as we walked down to the kitchen
"Morning May" we said at the same time.
"What's for breakfast?" Jack asked
"Whatever you want to make" May laughed and walked back up stairs.
"What's for breakfast?" Gaskarth yawned as he walked up to the kitchen. "Nice bed head Merrick" he pointed at my hair. I blushed and put it up in a messy bun before turning to him.
"What do you want to make for breakfast?" I asked him, sitting on the counter. Jack stood in front of me so I wrapped my arms around his shoulders and my legs around his waist.
"You two are so lovey dovey. Why?" Gaskarth asked, seriously
"Because" I smiled at him then Jack
"But why?" He asked Jack this time
"Because we are" he laughed as Alex walked away to look in the fridge.
"Alex, when we get back to school I'm totally setting you up with someone" I said, he turned round and smiled at me
"Good luck" he said
"Challenge accepted" I answered, winking at him.
