This Ones Different

*Jacks POV*

I climbed into the shower with a BIG smile across my face; I always knew Alex might have feelings for me, I always new deep down inside he might like me. I have to be careful though I can’t go walking around like we are together now, oh but that would be such a good thing. There is only one problem……I don’t 100% know that Alex likes me. Out of everyone in the world why do I have to fall in love with him? My best fucking friend, who is a guy and I’m not gay. You see I have always had feeling for Alex, he has always been my best friend; we have always been close. He is just so beautiful, his eyes, his smile, his laugh. “Jack?” I jumped , “I’m sorry I did mean to scare you”

“It’s okay Lex, now what is it you where saying?”

“I was wondering if you would please help me get all my stuff from my old place.”

I nodded “Sure Lex, Anything you want”

“Thanks Jack” I heard Alex Leave and Shut the door

Looks like Alex is officially moving in. Oh this is going to be great.

I got out of the shower and got dressed, when I went down stairs and Alex was in the kitchen drinking coffee. “You ready to go?” I nodded “Just let me get my shoes on”
We got to the car and I opened the door for Alex
“Oh what a lovely gentlemen” Alex said with a smile and I SWEAR he winked at me! I walked around and got to the driver’s seat, I could see Alex staring at me.
“Thanks Jack, this really means a lot” Alex said I turned to him
“I’m always here for you Alex, when ever you need help. You know that” I smiled at Alex, and he placed his hand high up on my thigh, I looked down at his hand then back up at him. Our eyes locked and Alex had a small smirk on his face
“I know Jacky, that’s what I love most about you” I felt my cheeks burn up, I just sat their nervously smiling, “oh Jack stop it, you look cute when you blush” Alex took his that only caused me to blush even more.

I didn’t know what to say so I just blurted out “Ready to move in?” god why dose he always get the best of me? The drive there didn’t take that long; Alex only lived about 7 minute drive, or where he used to live? Alex shared a small house with Lisa and her best friend, how Alex survived in a house with two girls who we’re best friends I will never know. When Lisa’s friend move out to live with her boyfriend, that’s when all the cheating happened. Alex used to text me saying she would come home really late and drunk. He said she always reeked of cologne and a few days later he walked in on her for the first time, I don’t know why he just didn’t break it off then. Fear of being Alone I guess, Alex has never liked to be alone.

He never liked being alone, maybe that’s why he stayed with her this whole time? We pulled into the driveway. “There are already boxes inside, all we need to do is put my stuff in them” Alex said with a warm smile. I unbuckled my seatbelt “well, what are we waiting for?” we walked into the house, it was a really nice house, but I understand why Alex is leaving. He clapped his hands together “lets start packing, yeah!” We started in Alex room, He had posters, guitars, music sheets, picks you name it and it was all over the place. “Wow dude when was the last time you cleaned up?” I laughed, Alex looked me dead in the eyes all serious “there was no last time”…. Alex smiled “Just kidding”
I was folding up Alex’s clothes on his bed and Alex was on the floor cleaning out his closet. “Alex,” he turned to me. “You having fun cleaning out your closet?” He raised his eyebrow “Why?” I smiled and started to sing. “MAMA!! I didn’t mean to hurt you!!! I didn’t mean to make you cry but tonight IM CLEANING OUT MY CLOSET” Alex threw his hands up. “Really Jack!?” I copied him “Really Jack?!” Alex threw a guitar pick at me. “I don’t sound like that”

“I don’t sound like that!”

“You want a piece of me?”

“Bring it Gaskarth”

Alex stood up and pined me to the bed, I tried pushing him of but he was strong, we rolled around a couple, then we stopped with Alex on top of me our faces inches apart, His eyes were so big and beautiful. I could feel his hot breath hit my lips. Alex looked down at my lips, he’s not thinking about…..oh my god he IS!! Alex closed his eyes and leaned forward I didn’t know what to do, I just stayed there all wide eyed, I can’t believe this…. Alex stopped when our noses touched and he opened up his eyes again, wait no don’t stop keep going. Alex slowly started climbing off me, no Alex come back!!!

Alex rubbed the back of his head, “w-we should uh, we should continue packing”
I sat up, he was about to kiss me! “y-yeah” I shook my head to make sure this wasn’t me dreaming. We continued to pack when I hear another car pull into the drive way. I looked at Alex who I guess didn’t hear the car. “Did you ask someone else to come over to help?” Alex looked confused and I pointed outside, he got up and looked out the window, “Fuck” I stood up “What is it?” Alex turned around and started walking towards the door “Its fucking Lisa. Well shit

Alex and I walked down stairs when Lisa walked in the door. She saw me and Alex and stopped dead in her tracks. “What the hell are you two doing here?” Alex stopped at the end of the stair case “What the fuck are you doing here?! You said you wouldn’t come to the house today!” Lisa threw her jacket on the floor “well I lied okay?”
“Really? Like you do everything else?”

“You know I don’t need your Shit Lex”

“Don’t call me that”

“Why not? Oh does it bother you? Did I hurt the little babies feeling?”

“Lisa you’re a fucking bitch, I can’t believe I dated you!”

“I can’t believe I stayed with you that long”

“I think you know exactly why you stayed with me”

I don’t like it when Alex yells

“You stayed with me because you hate being alone, every since Tom died you have been so clingy you can’t even be left a lone! Toms dead he’s gone, he’s never coming back! He was a depressed annoying mess any way! Let him go and man the fuck up!!”

I looked over at Alex; he has tears in his eyes. “Don’t you ever fucking talk about Tom! You were mad because I spent those months with my family and not you, I wasn’t wrapped around your stupid finger!”

“I was mad because you wouldn’t listen to me”

“YOU WHERE MAD BECAUSE YOU COULDN’T CONTROL ME ANYMORE!!”

I placed my hand on Alex’s shoulder “hey Lex clam down” Alex looked at me and nodded

“So why is Jack even here?”

“Because Lisa, I’m staying with him now.”

Lisa seemed really shocked when Alex said that “Oh so you went running to Jacky when you felt sad?” I stepped in front of Alex. “Lisa stop it” Alex grabbed my hand “Jack stay out of this”

“Yeah Barakat listen to your little boyfriend and stay out of it!” I squeezed Alex’s hand tighter “Jack isn’t my boyfriend Lisa!”

“Oh really because your holding his fucking hand!” Alex let go of my hand “So what?!”
Lisa laughed
“I always knew you too where gay for each other!”
“I’m not gay for Jack!” well that kinda hurt. “I think you are!”
Alex grabbed my hand again “so what if I was?! He treats me a hell of a lot better than you ever did!”
“Oh is that so true!? I can’t believe I dated a faggot! You disgust me”
Alex grabbed one side of my face

“Oh really! Well if I’m so nasty fucking watch this.” Alex pulled me in and gave a hot wet kiss; I wrapped my arms around his waist. Our lips moved in sync, I felt Alex lick my lower lip and I happily granted him access, his tongue roamed every inch of my mouth. Damn Alex tastes so good!! “I KNEW IT!!! Get a fucking room” Alex pulled away from me his eyes full of lust…. Wow that just happened…
