That sexy voice was the voice of the new assistant principle, Mr. Xavier. He looked at my teacher and said, "I know I told u I'd be stopping by earlier". Then he looked straight at me and said, "grab your thing Jardine, you're coming with me". I reluctantly got my shit and followed Mr. X outside. He said that due a couple of thongs I'd have science first period. I didn't really mind. So I walked into my science teacher, Mr. B's room and told him I'd be switched. He sat me next to this new kid Alex from Essex. Don't get me wrong this kid was all kinds of wonderful but I was only interested in Chey. So after chatting with him about blink-182 and a bunch of random things, the bell rang. I stood up to collect my things when Alex leaned in and said "Tay, I think we should hang out. Meet me at this address after school". As he walked passed me he slipped a piece of paper in my jeans pocket and winked. It was a sweet gesture but idk. Anyway I went to leave and I caught eye contact with Chey who was giving me death glares. I instantly looked down and started to rub my neck (I do that when I get nervous). I seriously was just about to walk out when she scooted in front of me and stalked off. Man she's great I thought to myself. Time went by and after school I took out the slip of paper from Alex. He said to come after school and the note said to bring my guitar so I quickly jogged home to drop off my napsack and to grab electric. I walked over to Alex's which was only a few houses down and knocked on the door. Alex answered wearing only a pair of jeans. He probably had just gotten home. (let me tell u, Alex is a lady killer but the usual tricks don't work on me). He said that his parents are usually away on business and that the house he had all to himself. He took my guitar from me and plugged it in to his amp in the living room. He handed it to me and said, play anything. So I quickly banged out the solo in Green Day's American Idiot. After I was done. Alex asked me to play Never Be What You Want by We Are The In Crowd. I knew the chords pretty well and he started to sing along. After a while we were both singing and playing guitar to the song. After it was over I took of the guitar and said, "shit that was awesome". Alex walked in close to me and said, "yea". I looked up into his eyes and he whispered to me that I was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. Then right then, he kissed me. His perfect lips molding into mine he entangled his hands through my hair and moaned slightly. I let him kiss me and when he was done I just looked at him. I didnt want to be just another girl of his and also, Im in love with Chey! I got scared and didn't know what to say, so I just ran out of his house. Not looking back, I just ran home and went up to my room. I must have sat there for hours pondering the sweetness of Alex's lips and the jolt of Cheys touch.
