The New Boy
First period kinda sucked. I mean sucked to the maximum. Not only did my creepy science teacher tell me how "nice" (with a fucking wink!) I looked today but also he was checking out my ass. I really wish it was someone else looking at my ass instead of him. On a scale of desirability from about Susan Boyle to a Megan Fox, I'm well, a Susan Boyle. I know no guy would like me since I carry around a shit ton of baggage and I have the depressed dead pan look to match. So when I heard a knock at the door I was quickly jolted out of my own, self pitying, thoughts. Possibly the hottest boy I've ever seen walked straight through the door. In the sexy, sultry town he said, " Hey Mr. B is it? I'm new here, from Essex, I think I'm in your first period class. Sorry I'm late, I got mixed up" I'm pretty sure I died, came back to life and then freakin died again. He took the empty seat next to be and gave me a smile. He introduced himself as Alex and I told him my name. He just nodded and took notes. As I said before, NO BOY LIKES ME. (the reason for cats). Well class dragged through and I spent the whole period staring and drooling. I couldn't have picked a better day to look like a fuck up. Just when I thought things couldn't get any better, another knock at the door. This time it was Taylor, telling Mr. B that she had a schedule change and would now be attending his first class. He nodded and motioned to a seat next to Alex. I looked at Alex to find that his motionless and uninterested face, changed from bored to happiness I record time. He quickly introduced himself go Tay, saying he was new. And spent the rest of the period lightly chatting with her. I knew that Tay still loved me from our previous relationship. I could tell by the way she looked at me with her large hurt eyes. I didn have to worry about Tay and Alex but I didn't know what was in store next. At the end of the period, Alex looked at Tay and leaned in to whisper something in her ear. Tay looked like she was gonna burst. She turned beat red and looked at her shoes. I knew from her face that he had just said something sweet. She gave him a look and nodded goodbye. For a second we made eye contact and he hand quickly went to the back of her neck as she stared at me and then at the ground. I felt bad sure, but things had ended for a reason and I'm sorry she never moved on. I gathered my shit and went to the next class. My new mission is definitely to have a chat with Alex. There's just something about that boy.
