After years of living life to the fullest and having a rather scandalous affair, he's finally forced to make a choice. A choice between his girlfriend who has loved him all of these years, but will soon be another cancer victim, or Jack his lover/brother from another mother. The choice isn't easy, it never is.
Jack Barakat
Alex's best friend, practically his brother, and now his.. lover? After admitting to years of behind the scenes action, will they finally become official, or will Alex stick to Lisa like he has in the past?
