The First Time

Zack’s POV

Today’s the day of our concert. I want to see Emma one last time before I go. I really want to do something big. I want to get her back and it’s a risk, but I’m willing to the chance.

I walked to Alex and the guys who were eating breakfast with Cassadee. I hugged her because it’s actually the first time I’ve seen her after a while. I’m not sure about this plan, but fuck it.

“Hey Alex, do you mind if I sing with you tonight?” I sat down.

“What do you mean?” Alex looked a bit confused.

“Like a solo. Just for tonight. Like a part for me to sing.”

“Yeah, sure! You got a nice voice. What song do you want to sing in?”

“Remembering Sunday. That’s if you don’t mind though. If you want to sing, I’ll back out.”

“No! It’s okay! Just sing.” He smiled

“We’re gonna be a trio!” Cassadee said happily.

“Well, then. I’m gonna have to rehearse with you two a lot. Thank you so much Alex.” I smiled

“Don’t worry, you’ll be okay.” Cassadee replied

“No problem.” Alex smiled

“What made you want to sing?” Rian popped the question

“Emma. She might be coming and I want to say my last goodbye to her.”

“OOH, who’s Emma?” Cassadee asked

“She’s Zack ex-girlfriend. I’ll tell you more later.” Rian said to Cassadee, smiling

“Have you seen her lately?” Jack asked

“Yeah, yesterday night. I’ll tell you the details later. For now, let’s eat.”

We all smiled and ate breakfast. I’m super nervous, but I don’t care. I just want to do this for her.
