Guts

Sunday we came up with a list of songs we wanted to cover. It was a lot of Green Day and Blink 182. We planned to talk to the other two on Monday at lunch so we could make plans to set up in my garage. Jack and I had our acoustic guitars, but we didn't know if they had a bass and drum set.

We asked my mom to take us to Guitar Center so we could get amps and a microphone. I had some money saved up from mowing lawns and house work. After about an hour we walked out with four small amps and two microphones. We were ecstatic! We made it home and went to work cleaning out the garage. We spent the entire afternoon moving and re-arranging boxes. We stopped for a quick break when my mom brought out a snack. Which of course Jack couldn't resist.

Finally, hours later, we finished! We were dusty, sweaty, and tired. My mom told us we weren’t allowed in the house in our current state so we had to find a way to clean up somehow. I had a brilliant idea. I took off my clothes down to my boxers and told Jack to do the same. He looked at me like I had lost my mind, but did it anyway (it’s Jack he lives for being naked). I ran around to the back yard to turn on the water hose before he made it there. As soon as he rounded the corner I blasted him with the hose. His jaw dropped in shock, both from surprise and the cold, so I blasted his mouth. He finally snapped out of it and rushed me to get the hose. He straight up tackled me! We wrestled in the mud for ownership of the hose. He eventually own out and after like ten minutes of our control for water power, my mom shut us down, took the house from us and drenched us.

^ You didn’t show me anything other than you like to be on top! But like I said J-babe all of this talk is for later, the kids aren’t ready for all that sexy stuff.

She told us once we had dried off we could come in for a shower. While waiting to dry off we decided to have an intense game of Rock, Paper, and Scissors to see who could claim the shower first. I won! 6-1! We finally dried off and made our way inside to shower. I got out the shower, towel around my waist, to tell Jack it was his turn and I found him in the kitchen, in his boxers, eating (-_-).

*It is not my fault your mom would feed me every chance she got! At least some could appreciate her home cooked meal!*
^I do appreciate her meals, but I’m not going to eat myself into a coma like you!

I told him to go take a shower and his response was “When I’m done.” After like twenty minutes he finally finished and took a shower. After he got out I let him borrow some clean clothes since all of his were dirty from the weekend and we took him home. We were both really upset that the weekend was over. It had definitely been the best weekend I had ever had. I honestly never wanted that weekend to end.
