"Ouch, Lisa, keep your claws away... come on babe, you know how it is, playing around the world...hey, stand still, you're spinning" I laughed, only a little bit tipsy.

"What were you saying, darlin'?" I added.

"Are you for fucking real? How much of that drink have you had, Alex, huh? You're pathetic. Actually pathetic. You know, my friends all told me not to bother with you, that you're a typical band guy. I told them they were wrong, things could change. And guess what. They didn't. That ain't my fault hunny, it's... wait are you even listening to me?!"

God this girl doesn't half go on. Makes me wonder why I bothered with women in the first place.

"I never wanted to say this, but you've never really wanted to stay have you. If you give up then you'll get what you deserve. We are done. Done with a capital D, buddy. We were done before we even saw the start to be honest. Why don't you stand up and be a man about it? I'm putting my last ounce of faith in you for you to take this damn Alcoholics Anon leaflet, and go on Tuesday. Stop talking, do you think I give a damn whether Tuesday is pub night?"

Woah, slow down. Alchoholics Anonymous? Is this bitch serious? My drinking isn't so bad. Yeah, sure, I like my Jack Daniels to rock me to sleep occasionally, but I thought I'd been discreet about it. Clearly one of the boys had noticed and grassed me up. Bastards.

"This is your last chance Alex. If you don't turn yourself around then I'm out, never to be seen again. Your choice."
