Alex was at Jack's house. He hated being at his own house, Jack lived by himself most of the time. His parents travelled the world for business. Jack's house was huge and frankly, Alex never left the first floor without Jack. He ventured into the kitchen to get some coffee, after last night, hearing Dan speak clear as day as if he was laying next to Alex like they used to do when Alex was younger, he didn't want to sleep.

He brought Jack coffee and put the sugar and creamers on the coffee table and went back to get his cup. Suddenly Alex heard Daniel again. "Alex, you can't aviod mum and dad forever. Eventually you'll have to go back. You're all they have, please don't let them lose you too."

Jack walked into the kitchen, Alex was sitting on the counter talking to himself.

"Dan, they don't even like me. They don't listen to me. They blame me for what happened. They don't even talk to me anymore, and when they do, they yell."

Alex paused a moment as almost waiting for a response from the nothing inside of Jack's house. Alex sat there nodding his head. Jack walked over and said,

"Lexy... You okay?" He put his hand onto of Alex's and took the pale boy off the counter. "Come on Lex, let's go watch a movie."

"Jacky.." Alex paused. "Did you hear someone talking? Someone that sounded a lot like Daniel?"

"Alex... No one was talking in the kitchen except you." He put down Alex's cup of coffee. "Come on I think you need to sleep."
