For Baltimore (Part Two)

Alex--
Two Days Earlier


"Can I talk to Alex for a minute please?" Michelle asked. Delilah got up and left the bus.

"What do you need to tell me?" I asked.

"Do not ever hurt my girl, alright. I don't need anything else happen to the ones I love. You will help her raise that baby, whether you like it or not." she said.

"Yes, ma'am. I love Delilah, and I wouldn't hurt her intentionally." I said. Michelle looked wary.

"I trust you Alex, don't do anything to lose that trust. Marry my girl, I give you permission." She said. A small smile tugged at my lips.

"Alright. I'll marry her. One day." I said.

"I want the news someday soon.. y'know before I die." She said.

"It'll be soon, I promise." I said.

"Good. I have to go. See you soon." Michelle said.

"See you soon." I said, and I closed the laptop, and retreated to go get Delilah.

Present---
Delilah~~

After about an hour at the coffee shop, all of us left and returned to the venue all in one group. Alex and I wandered away from the group and to my bus. We got inside and came face to face up a yelling match between Sam and Mitch, the rest of my band watching with wide eyes.

"YOU DON'T KNOW AN-"

"WOAH WOAH WOAH! What is going on in here!?" I asked. All eyes were on me.

"No. Alex, you leave!" Mitch said.

"He's not going anywhere." I growled, "what's wrong with you, Mitchell!?"

"You want to know what's wrong with me?" He asked.

"Did I fucking stutter?" I asked.

"I'm in love with you, Delilah!" Mitch yelled. Alex grabbed my hand and pulled me closer to him, wrapping his arm around my waist. The bus was quiet, the tension was thick. My eyes were wide, and I was a little angry.

"You're fired. Get out of my face." I said with a shaky voice.

"What?" Mitch asked in disbelief.

"You heard me. You're fired. Get your shit and go. I never ever want to see you again." I said. It might have been harsh, but come on. The guy's been a dick.

"Delilah, if you fire him, we have to find a new manager." Noah said.

"No fucking shit. I'm fine with finding a new one. Who's with me?" I asked. Sami, who had tears falling down her cheeks again, raised her hand high. Matt also raised his hand, making it three to two.

"Sorry. The deal's made. Mitchell, I want you off this bus by sunset. You have four hours, I'd hurry." I said, and I kissed Alex's lips. He left and I walked over to Sami, pulling her in for a hug.

"What'd he do?" I asked after I pulled away.

"He told me I should just forget about him and find someone else, but I told him I wasn't ready for that, and after he yelled at me was when you walked in." She said.

"Well, no more of him after today, I promise." I said. She smiled and wiped her tears away.
