Deer In The Headlights

Jack's p.o.v.

I finished my warm hot chocolate, the taste still tingling in my buds. Alex was really nice and cute giving me that. Sure, I thought that at the hospital, but it seemed more cute because he went out his way and brought me it, with his money. I starred at Alex, as always. He seemed deep in thought as he looked down at the table, his hair flopped over his eyes a little. His cute little button nose settling on his face. I think his eyes, nose and dimpled smile is my favourite features about Alex's face-especially his cute nose and smile. That smile, it makes me flutter every time. I love how beautiful it is.

I was brought out my daze by a knock on the door. Alex snapped out his daze too, shaking his head a little while he lifted it up. I smiled at him and he gave a little smile back.

"Come in," Alex called, his beautiful voice filling the once silent room.

"Alex, I hope this is the last time you do this. Jack, your lesson is over." The women said, sounding a little annoyed. I pouted at Alex and I saw him smile, but sadly. I took a deep breath, standing up.

"Thank you Mr Gaskarth for the lesson. I'll see you next time." I winked, my back turned to the women. I watched Alex's breath hitch a little, but I shrugged it off. I turned around and walked past the women who still had the annoyed face. I walked out and sped-walked to my mum's car. She seemed like she was in relief. I opened the car door, stepping in.

"Hey, mum." I said shortly, bucking my seatbelt in. I hope my sleep comes this time.

"Hey Jack, why were you late again?" She asked, confusedly. Oh you know, I was starring at a beautiful man who gives me butterflies every time I see him. I kinda lost track because I was starring at him too long and he seemed to be zoning out.

"Lost track of time again." I said simply, resting my head on the door.

"Oh." She said, starting the car. I breathed out heavily, hearing the car back out. I can't believe after so many weeks, I still don't want to be awake during car rides. I sighed, closing my eyes.

"Jaaack," I heard my mum whisper.

"Hmm?" I mumbled, sitting up and rubbing my eyes. Oh, home. I'm surprised I could sleep through that when I fell asleep in Alex's work.

"Why do you always fall asleep in the car?" My mum chuckled. I, on the other hand, did not find it funny. I gulped, my eyes widening a little. Should I tell her?

"I uh."

"Come on, I'm not waiting here all day." She groaned, interrupting me. Thank mum, I actually had something important to say, but it doesn't matter now. I unbuckled my seatbelt and got out the car.

"Hey, Olivia." I said as I got into the house. I did my ritual of ruffling Olivia's long fur up and bringing her to my room. I placed Olivia down on my floor and walked to my bed, laying down on my bed. I closed my eyes instantly, becoming tired once again.

*Friday*

"Yeah, Seeya mum." I smiled, walking to Alex's room. My mum called 'bye' back and I smiled as I neared Alex's room. When I got there, I saw Alex holding a lot of paper, nearly dropping them.

"Would you like some help?" I asked instantly. I looked around and saw boxes everywhere. I bit my lip, confused. Alex isn't leaving is he. No, he can't.

"Uh, yeah. Could you take half of these?" Alex said, walking back over to the table and placing the heavy looking pile of paper down. He looked out of breath, panting a little. That caused me to chuckle a little.I walked over to the table. I awkwardly grabbed most of the paper. I didn't want Alex to carry too much. I smiled, waiting for Alex to get the other ones.

"You don't have to carry that much, Jack. You can give me some." Alex said nicely, picking the paper up.

"I will give you some." I whispered quietly, my voice deep, hoping Alex didn't catch it. I smirked as I saw Alex froze halfway of trying to sort the paper in his hands. I shrugged.

"Where are these going?" I asked, acting like I didn't say anything that sounded a bit inappropriate. By the look of Alex's face, I'm sure he knew what I said.

"Uh-uh, follow me." Alex stuttered, walking in front with me. I smirked and followed him to the door. It took him some time to open the door with his elbow, but he managed. He left the door open as we walked down the corridor. I was shamelessly glancing down at Alex's ass, but come on, it's a fine one. I should really stop.

We walked all the way down the corridor to a room right at the end. The next rooms were at least twenty metres from where we are now. I frowned, slightly confused. Alex reached in his pocket awkwardly, fiddling around, trying to get something out his jean pocket. I rolled my eyes, placing my papers to one side. I reached into Alex's pocket, pushing his hand out and grabbing his keys. Alex gasped when he realised my hand was in his pocket. I chuckled, bringing the keys out slowly, trying not to drop the paper. I placed the keys on Alex's paper, watching it slide down to his chest. I laughed again. All giggles today.

When Alex finally unlocked the door and got us in, I realised it was another working place like Alex's, but bigger.

"I'm moving in here." Alex said shortly. I brought my eyes to Alex placing the papers down. I smiled, happy he wasn't leaving. I placed the papers beside the others. I bent back up, stretching my arms. I was well aware of Alex looking at my belly as my t-shirt rose from my stretching. I smirked, bringing my arms down and Alex seemed sad a bit. He wasn't checking me out or anything.

"So, on to the boxes?" I asked. Alex snapped his gaze from my belly and blushed-he's been doing that a lot lately. He nodded, mumbling a yeah.

"I am fucking exhausted." I moaned, laying on the floor (Literally). I sprawled around, stretching my arms and legs. The floor was strangely comfortable. I stretched my legs everywhere around me, enjoying the feeling. I was making strange noises as the feel of relax filled me. I looked up when two feet met my head lightly. I saw two light brown eyes looking down at me. Alex tilted his head in possibly the cutest way possible.

"Hey." I whispered quietly, my voice coming out lightly. My body kept still. I watched as those light brown eyes came closer to mine. Alex got on his knees, bring his eyes closer to mine, his head still tilted. Oh god. His nose just touched mine.

"Hey there." He whispered. Oh god, that was so cute. I felt a pair of lips on mine, moving against mine so sweetly. I reached for the back of Alex's head, my fingers running through his soft hair. I pulled on his hair a little as I brought his head more closer. He placed his hands beside my upper chest, either side. I smiled into the most passionate kiss I have ever explored. Alex licked my lips a little. I bit down on his bottom lip, opening my mouth shortly after. It didn't take him long until he explored my mouth. His tongue slightly licked mine, making me moan. I opened my eyes when Alex pulled back, his eyes were already open and looking at mine.

"Jack,I think I like you."
