A Dark Love To Hold

Finally the final bell rung, school is now over for the day. I know it's my first day of school however it was utterly bothersome and tiring. Being around so much stench truly is hard. I took a deep breath and began packing my supplies.
My I haven't been able to forget that one student of mine. His scent, he's behavior, he's appearance.....but what intrigued me more is his necklace. I haven't seen such vial in a while, only witches can have the power to conjure it up. And in this century, it's rare to see such cult put into use. Jessica, who seemed to be very interested in them, warned me one to many times to stay away and avoid it as much possible. There's three different types of vial and each of it holds dangers. Witches Blood, which helps transform others into one of them. Unholy Water, which help finds all creatures. And lastly Liquid Death, which works as a protective shield against all creatures and harms them. The very one that Jack wore.
I find my box full of tablets and eat four more, not really drinking it since am in such pain. How stupid of me to touch Jack knowing what will happen to me. I hear a urgent tap on the glass window, walking to it and opening it. Rian flies In and quickly transforms, he kneels on one knee and puts his head down.
"Sir I apologize for the urgency but we have a problem. About 1/2 mile away from this building there are about four vampires whom are out of control and ready to attack it's prey.", he's words come out rather quickly but hesitant about something.
"Human or Animal?", not really caring at the moment. I walk back to my desk and grab my bag.
"Sir am afraid it's human......one of your students to be exact.",he looks up at me. I turn around to meet his stare and I lift my hand and drop it hard on the desk, making a loud bang.
. "Shit it can't be helped. Fine, go out and show me the way. I rather you prepare yourself since its not your ordinary fight.", and with that he flies out the window. I locked the door and make my way to my car. I guess I should prepare also.

I decide to park my car a few feet away from the vampires and get out. The sudden scent hitting my nose, it's not just one of my ordinary students but it's Jack. Panic starts rising as I now understand the situation.
. "Damn it. Rian I want you to get close to Jack as possible and protect him as best you can. What ever you do don't you dare let him out of your sight. Go!",i quickly unfold my wings and fly upward with Rian. As we both spot the group of wretched vampires and Jack whom is laying down in complete shock. Rian let's out a loud squawk making it echo which causes all of them to look up. I take my wings back and fly down fast, grabbing hold of the vampire in front of Jack by the throat. I slam him against a tree while letting out a loud hiss. He desperately tries to fight back which is rather annoying. I lift my free hand and aim it into his chest. I grab hold of his heart and I let out another hiss, I quickly rip it out of him. He lets out one final hiss and he burst into dust. I quickly squeeze the heart which also causes it to turn to dust. It's the only way to officially kill a vampire. I hear Jack shriek behind me. I quickly turn around and see that another vampire has grabbed hold of his leg. This simple action provoked me even further, I run to Jack and stick my hand into his chest pulling him to me.
"How brave of you to touch such human. I would feel pity for you but considering the circumstances it's impossible. I hope I'll see you in hell.",I rip out his heart and squeezed it harder then the last vampire. I look at Jack and realized I spilled some blood on him. He's shaking uncontrollably and staring wide eyed at me. Rian takes the opportunity to which he flies to Jack and rips of his necklace, causing him to gasp. I grab hold of Jack and push him behind me when the other two vampires circle us.
"How very noble of the chair man's vampire helping out a human.",a tall vampire spoke. He let out a sarcastic laugh and turns to look at the female vampire.
"Your such a pitiful vampire. Who doesn't drink warm blood but relies on scientifically made tablets. Really now? Can't you smell his blood? A scent I've never smelt before. Give me him and we won't cause any more problems.",she smiled widely. She glanced at the other vampire who simply smiled.
"Like hell I will.", I lounge toward the male vampire in one brisk movement and punch him. He hissed and swung his hand to my arm. I winched in pain, realizing that he scratched me and my blood is pouring uncontrollably. I heard Jack let out a sad whimper and can feel his heart breaking. I have to end this, I fly to the male vampire and grab hold of his shirt and fly upward. He struggles to get free to which I end his life. I go back down and see the female vampire in despair.
"Please, I beg of you spare my-", I didn't let her finish. I took her life just like that. I signed and turned around to Jack. Now going to have to explain to him what he just witnessed. When I take a step to him, I see that he's bleeding from his forehead.
. "Jack I know your scared of me but you have to trust me on something. I need to heal your wound before it attracts more vampires.", slowly I take small steps towards him. He hesitates at first but nods. I lean down just enough and gently lick his cut.
. "M-Mr. Gaskarth, it b-burns..... stop p-please!", he starts to squirm. I gently put my two hands on his cheek and grab hold of him, just enough to heal his cut. When am done, he stands still and let some of his tears fall. The sight of it broke my heart to which I can't heal. I let my hands fall and take a step back. I kneel in front of Jack and looked at him.
"Am so sorry Jack. I know that you viewed me as a simple teacher but now you see me as a disgusting monster but I need you to promise me not to tell anyone anything about this. Can I rely on you about this? Even though it's selfish of me to ask?.", He looks at me and surprises me next. He took a step towards me and gently layed his hand on my wounded arm. I flinched at the contact. How can I forget that? I gaze back at him only to meet his sad eyes.
"I promise and your no I don't see you as a horrible monster but Mr. Gaskarth, what about your arm? Your hurt, and its all because of me.....",he lets a small tear escape his eyes. Once again the sight of him so sad just breaks my heart. I wipe away his tear and stand up.
"From now on call me Alex, and well yes am hurt but you shouldn't worry. I'll heal soon enough, and as for you,you should get home. Your parents must be worried. Would you like ride home?", He thinks about it for a while and nods. We get in the car and I drive him to his home. I parked a bit further from his home, knowing it's protected by some spell. Jack slowly got his stuff and turns to me.
"Mr.....Alex hmm thank you for helping me.....tomorrow....can you explain to me about all of this?", He said in a quiet tone. I think about it for a bit, should I let him know? Is it safe for him to know what's been going on? I can't just say no, he just witnessed something he shouldn't have. It's all so very frustrating. I signed and looked at him.
"I will.",he smiles and leaves the car. I see him running inside leaving me to my thoughts. I start up the car and drive away. I realized that I have to tell Chris and Ricky about it. My arm winced in pain and I can't stop thinking about this. What the hell have done?
